Oh the things I learned.
Mostly I am at the age when lots of it is about relearning. I rephrase things as well. I rewrite things.
I have been rewriting the short stories. I collected them, and looked at them. There is something wrong with it. I have more work to do.
Last July I published the Transcendia Passport. I looked back and it was clear that the thirty 8 years I spent working on creating Transcendia, my model nation, was complete as far as the theories of governance.
Whatever works. Looks like of democracies Westminster Parliamentary Democracy works. William James said democracy is delicate.
Since Parliamentary Democracy lives longer than Presidential Electoral Democracy, I decided to go with that democracy. The US Bill of Rights works for me.
I would like it if it was more defended.
Of violations of the Geneva Conventions, I don’t endorse torture as a way to get information out of enemies. I will endorse the use of drugs to get information out of enemies, which is a violation of the Geneva Conventions.

There was another convention that made the militarization of outer space a violation. I’ve got it in my files. It is reported that there exists a secret satellite whose purpose is not known.

It is likely a Star Wars power ray. We do sort of need to know where all the submarines are. The submarines that are equipped with nuclear missiles are the most powerful weapons delivery systems, and if we were to see the elimination of nationstate nuclear weapons from our arsenals, it would mean we would be at constant war with those who might cheat.

I have no doubt that some organization would attempt to cheat when it comes to the power that can be attained from the possession of nuclear weapons. To me this means that we would need to deploy killer subs whose goal would be to sink any subs that might attempt to blow up cities like NYC.

We need to plan for peace, which means planning for war. Hopefully this will be enough for the apparent lust for war that is proven as a direction many many people take.

I know that great leaders turn to engineers to help with the solving of their most dramatic problems.

Subject Change: I have been trying to keep up with Noam Chomsky. I watched his debate with Alan Dershowitz. I focused my thinking on Israel and Palestine.

I decided that to create an disincentive for both parties to kill each other I could suggest a skew of the Insurodollar. That would be that in either the two state or one state solution, all Israelis and Palestinians would be insured by the national insurance company. If then civilians were killed by Israelis or Palestinians, the insurance company would have to pay death benefits.
Property destruction would allow require the Insurance company to pay for the restoration of destroyed homes and other real property.
Dr.? Mr. Professor Chomsky did allow that this was a good suggestion. He properly was not very encouraging. He indicated getting people to consider the concept would be very very difficult.
I intend to make at least two speeches this year. I’ll include the suggestion in at least one.
If Transcendia had borders under its control, and army I might be allowed to speak at the UN about it.

Subject Change
My wife arranged for me to meet with Laura Mersini Houghton and her husband Jeff. I could not have met a couple more perfect to recruit for the establishment of Transcendia. Transcendia, and myself have had two goals. One was to prevent apocalyptic riot. The nation itself is to serve as a moderating influence, and be capable of taking up where the UN leaves off.
I always attempt to build on strengths. Of the remnants of civilization we have in the world, international airports stand out. My early studies of sociology indicated that port cities are most tolerant of different cultures.
As we see today, most all people as individuals, act properly at the airport. To fulfill the stated need for an exile island, as is part of the Points for Reinvention of the UN, written by Andre` Lewin, Chairman of the French UN Association, Transcendia, as a nation of airports, could well fulfill this need for a place to which failing leaders, could run.
Typically they run to the airport as it is.
This is another case of my attempt to build on a strength that already shows up whenever governments fail. Just as in my art, as a writer, I try to leave you a way out, physically one is not wise to trap those with powers of violence if cornered.
As a leader I intend with Transcendia to give all World Citizenship. This is a function of the passport. Since we are now all supposed to become spies, then as any good spy, we all need two passports.
I resent it that World Citizenship is declared a characteristic of the life of Richard Branson, but is some status clearly denied many many honest working people. Just the day before yesterday I heard that workers on the Abu Dubai Olympic Village were trapped into slave wage and slave like working conditions as forced to surrender their passports to the contractors in control of them.
I, through the creation of my passport have created an alternate passport document.
Getting it to be taken seriously as more than the evidence of a work of conceptual art, is a serious difficulty if I am to stay close to my pledge to create the nation without the resort to the normally necessary war.
I draw on the strength of the arts as illustrated by the lands controlled by Disneyland. While I was inspired by Pan Am, the resolution of the earlier Opium Wars that created the legally recognized and obeyed rule of Hong Kong, and Woodstock Nation, it is the precedent of Disneyland that is most powerful for my purposes.
If the Vatican is allowed to so influence the UN, I see that Disneyland ought to warrant a seat as well. As a governing power, Carl Hiaasen pegs it as a Plutocracy in his short book,

    Team Rodent. Be that as it may, Disneyland has a great deal of influence on the perceptions of the world’s children. Every nation now knows that it must inculcate its mythologies, its heroes into the minds of the children, and that once that is done, they maintain their concepts of who it is to admire and what ideals to follow for the rest of their lives.
    I want for my passports to have a bureaucracy run as a side business of ramp rats, and station agents working on all airports. I want the pilots that fly freight and passengers all over the world to give passage for free, or as possible for those who need to be able to go where they are able to find their place.
    So far I feel well ignored by the successful hedonist Sir Richard Branson. I guess I’ll have to invade Necker Island where he and Elon Musk are planning on being neighbors, far as I hear.
    Possibly there is another island on which they plan to hole up as the world becomes more and more desperate. Elon Musk has clearly said that when the world is sufficiently terrible, Mars will become more attractive, and as refugees of Old Europe became desperate to sell all their things and move to the New World, so people on Earth will see Mars as a sane place to go.
    Governance of Musk Mars has never much been mentioned. What exactly Mr. Musk has in mind for the citizens of Mars, doomed to live inside, or forced to wear quite elaborate protection when going out might ought to be understandable. When I asked an anarchist if he thought anarchy would work for people on Mars, he didn’t much hesitate in his negative answer of “No”.
    No, he didn’t think anarchy would work for people on Mars.
    The standards for airports are that they are beholden to the governments that own the lands that they are on. Then for the day to day, they are operated by best practice Airport Authorities.
    In fact not all that many of us really want to be politicians. Al Franken said when asked if being a US Senator was as much fun as working on Saturday Night Live, and answered, “Not even close.”
    Personally, if I did not feel that it was necessary for me to contribute the thoughts directed towards a political solution to the pressures building that could well trigger what I now call Apocalyptic Riot, I’d do something else.
    My sister thinks I ought to just write it up as science fiction. I used to make fun of myself as grandiose, but lost all fictional distance from Transcendia, except for the idea of a 3D Virtual Reality, Scratch and Sniff War Movie, and War Game, as proven to be powerful enough when viewed in light of the limited success of Disneyland.
    I do have 64 pages of the movie, but am bogged down with the war. I have been trying to finish another book. I needed something to do for my own satisfaction. There is Jet Beach, ready to be produced in near total from the screenplay you can buy on Amazon. The Revolutionary isn’t that difficult to turn into a screenplay, and has a valuable lesson in there. That being that anarchy often leads to isolation and despair. Anarchy is only perfect when it is perfect, as for it to function well, everyone must be a very well educated person, and further share the same vision and goals.
    Alcoholics Anonymous works as the most robust functioning anarchy I know of. It’s goals are very limited, and its success rate among the individuals who join runs to about 30 percent, at best. The thought prompts the question: Is human nature diseased, and only to be moderated by government?
    Sadly we do not see the UN as succeeding in preventing wars. Gladly we can look at the organizations of the UN as vital and functional. I am thinking of the International Organization for Civil Aviation, and the World Health Organization.
    Most dramatic of failures of the UN, in my judgement, is that it still hasn’t claimed space in TV land. We really really ought to get UNTV in there presenting truth and education, and even entertainments on our standard, normally running televisions.
    It is nearly astounding that the majority of people don’t even seem to question that the UN does not produce a competitive television channel.
    The attempts I made to change that definitely wore me down and proved that I’ll probably be a dead failure before I succeed in changing that.
    I can’t remember why someone called screaming a message for my phone from the UN Foundation over my attempts to achieve this goal. I am now struck with details of the events of the creation by Al Gore of Current TV, and its subsequent sale to Al Jazzera. What that story would indicate is a slide towards and uncaring attitude on his part about anything to do with aid to the world, and benefits to his personal fortune from his forays, into show biz.
    Whatever happened, it is clear to me that an airline and a television channel, are not much different in the marketplace from an airline. Such information and insight is valuable to someone, I imagine. Some people can write entire magazine articles about such things.

Greensboro ought to be renamed Green City. They have a golf tournament. Golf is a good game to play with important people. People play golf and talk away from surveillance and look good doing it. Now they even put electric fans out there on the golf courses where you might stop to hit the ball. Everything is fine.
On the farm with the mechanical cows that are covered in glue and catch flies. They have mechanical robot farmers out there walking around talking to the cows. You can shoot the potato gun at the mechanical cows and knock them over. Drones will take pictures.
Everything is fine.
I went out and took some shots downtown during a gas leak.

Whenever there is a gas leak from gas pipes, it is fun to go and watch. Something might happen. There could be an explosion. Nothing much happens in small towns, so you need to get close to any potential explosion, so you can say something about it.
Don’t worry, everything will be fine.

By 1978 I had determined that it was not going to be possible to change the United States into the myth of itself. I began to work on government, and made from the rewriting of the AA 12 traditions an anarchy that was supposed to work. I thought anarchy was great. Later I decided anarchy to be successful, as it can be for about 30 percent of the people who join, is only perfect when it is perfect, and while the AA anarchy is self perpetuating and based around the disease of alcoholism, a government has more than one disease and threat to deal with.
Finally after study, I determined that the Westminster Parliamentary Democracy was preferred because of Democracies it was most robust, as a democracy.
Then after awhile I determined that most people don’t want to have to participate and work at government so much. There are airports that are associated and run well for the benefit of people living around them. They have Airport Authorities that are run by bureaucrats.
Since the airport is typically the most civilized place around I decided a Westminster Parliamentary System of Democracy with a day to day Authority doing what the mandate is of promoting trade and travel, ought to work.

When I was writing about how to use the I Ching and the Bible Readings together to get a full sense of time, your own time and the time as it was in season and spirit, I seemed to have picked up readership in China.
The series of posts appeared under the name Transcendia War Commentary, and were part of Popwars.com. (I am forced to capitalize by the system here.)
Transcendia works well as the name of a nation and many seem to have accepted my existence as if I had more powers than I do. There were announced moves of China to block certain sites. It is similar to the way signals from VOA, or the BBC were jammed during the Cold War.
There is every indication that my writings were eliminated from what might be available in China.
I stopped soon thereafter getting solicitations to purchase old used fuel trucks and tugs from Chinese sellers. I mean after the announcement that more writings were being blocked.
It appears that there in China amongst the ostensible Communist there is a fear of Confucius. I’ve heard that Chinese leadership wants to wipe out consciousness of the past amongst its peoples.
I don’t know that much about them really. It seems they work a lot. Conformity is valued. From the stories of factories and dorms for the people making parts and phones for Apple computers, it sounds a good bit hellish.
I am saddened that around the world the honest working person is so disrespected and considered unworthy of a free life.
Just work, and shut the fuck up.
The collusion between the corporations in the world with the state capitalists that deny access to information is a crime to my mind.
I self published The Revolutionary, and other works, and intend to publish more.
It is sort of incredible that Communists would fear me enough to block me.
Independent bookstore don’t buy self published works. Distributors don’t buy self published works.
So what are they worried about?
In this season I at least want to provide some humor.

Joe Mullen

This is Joe Mullen who managed gently the performers and people of The Comic Strip in FLL 1982 or so.

The photograph is of Joe Mullen who was the manager of the Comic Strip in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where I worked out on Monday nights as a stand-up comic.
It was probably taken in 1981. I was working at Business Air Center as a lineman, and Line Chief, or line supervisor. I had very little money. Still I was able to stretch it somehow long enough to be there when I was allowed to try and be funny.
The prompt for my own attempt at being a stand-up was that I heckled Eddie Murphy during his set there at the most extreme till he told me he was on stage and I wasn’t.
As an act of integrity or shame, I felt it important that I go on stage and do the work myself.
The rule was, and likely still is that you can workout, try to do stand-up till the red light is flashed, and then you must get off stage.
I did obey that rule.
There is no death like dying on stage as a stand up. I became physically sick hours before I was to go on stage. I learned quickly that you must rehearse your material because when the lights go on and you are on stage, your brain will basically be wiped of anything not firmly set in it enough so that brainless you will speak what you have memorized.
Unlike the actor speaking lines written, where the audience sits respectfully and watches and listens, you will be heckled. Then even you will be best to have some responses of standard utility, though you will also be called to think on your feet.
I died terribly on stage the first three times I performed.
I once compared it to being electrocuted.
It certainly hurt.
Mr. Mullen, who I remember as a gentle man, took the time to speak with me in the kitchen.
I may even have taken the photo at that time.
It is a photograph of a very very good man.
I worked as well for awhile at the Barn Dinner Theater outside of Greensboro, and was kitchen aid.
There was a fine black lady Grace who worked in that kitchen. It was a theater. There was drama that went on in the kitchen. Without the kindness of Grace, the place would have failed.
So I say there is great truth in the kitchen.
Some blues song goes, “You better come on in my kitchen…”
So there I was in the kitchen with Joe, and he looked at me and he said, “Russell, Sex is funny, but love isn’t.”
I got much better after that. I got to the point that I could do a pro set of 45 minutes.
I did Yuk Yuks in Toronto, and was asked back. The other manager didn’t like me.
Somehow, somehow I came to the attention of staff at David Letterman, and was asked for a tape.
Margaret Hannah was the name of the woman who asked for a tape. I sent in a tape.
I was rejected. It was painful. I believe it was after that that I essentially gave up.
There have been other stories of my life with similar ends.
I can take it.
I am the old man now.
If there is one thing to keep, keep your humor up, somehow.
Sex is funny, but love isn’t.

Cuba

Cuba has a good deal of nickel. Maybe the US needs nickel.
When I lived and worked in Florida I was closer to Cuba, and and the company had a contract to deliver people, diplomats to the Cuban Interest.
My friend flew people over there from Fort Lauderdale. All the TV was propaganda, and not much fun to watch. You could get silver coins in change, and find some real collectables.
There was something about a roll of film.
By now most people know they have a lot of old cars.
They just finished building a big seaport upgrade.
For my friends in the aviation freight business, what new opportunities to make money that appear, I hope will provide more stable jobs.
I hope of course that the Transcendian and Transcendia passports will be honored, and sold by ramp rats and station agents all over the world.
We of course, who are working class, have as much right to be “World Citizens” as Richard Branson.

The Show

The show starts as to be installed on January 5th at the Carrboro Century Center Gallery. I will aim to perform a worthy speech. A speech worthy of 38, 39 years of study focused on how to make Transcendia a desirable nation to join.
The Passports were issued, published in July. I have discovered that no major distributors will touch self published works. I used the opportunity offered by Amazon’s createspace.
Independent Bookstores see anything enabled by Amazon as not to be supported either.
I am not the only one who rushed forward and made books, put them out for sale, and finds that social media doesn’t drive sales.
I went to the bank and asked them to send someone to buy some art from my show. They won’t. They have a policy of not buying any art.
The local government touts the arts. ART ART ART, a great civilizer?
No art is not a civilizer, but a sign of civilization, as made with excess energy.
The energy runs out for me.
I told the local airport manager what I wanted to do and he said the University would not allow such things.
Go to Raleigh he said.
I don’t like to drive anymore.

Israel & Palestine and the Insurodollar Skew

Transcendia and Transcendian Passports

The Insurodollar fixes lots of problems, giving labor leverage with capital.

Noam Chomsky and Alan Dershowitz had a debate that I watched about the violence in Israel, and the history, along with the agreements laying around that haven’t been implemented.

I made the suggestion that to create a disincentive for the continuation of killing and destruction of property, an aspect of the Insurodollar could be applied.
What I was proposing that by either the One State solution, a de facto solution of occupation, or in the Two State Solution, Palestinians and Israelis are insured.
Now the concept for the Insurodollar is that all the citizens are given Whole Life Policies from birth, and the National Bank of the Nation pools partially the equity of these policies from which to found the bank and the currency of the bank, the Insurodollar.
National leaders all the time are saying that the great value of their nation is their people. Company leaders are always saying the great value of their company is their people. The Insurodollar would sure be a proof of that. The Insurodollar would definitely recognize the national capital that is human capital.

Natural death, and violent death are two different things. William Godwin the father of Anarchy points this out. -Saying that it is one thing for people to be swallowed by a fissure in the earth, and another for people to be bombed and shot to death. The fissure, characterized as Force Majeure is often written out of many policies.

In the case of the Israelis and the Palestinians and the one state de facto situation it would be a disincentive if the national bank of the Insurodollar was prompted to pay death and destruction benefits when civilians of either side were killed in acts of violence.

There is the story of the British export of its criminals to Australia. They paid shipping companies to transport the prisoners to the place by the bodies put on the ship for awhile. The shippers crammed as many on as they could and delivered a high rate of dead. Eventually so many were starved and otherwise killed by disease that the British began only paying for those delivered alive, which changed the rates of death.

I’d call that a paradigm change.

It is a solution that otherwise needs to be applied in conjunction with a smothering Peace Force. The UN does not have an army, a regulatory peace force of its own, though it should have. The UN looks to be a dumping ground for connected bureaucrats who get to live in NYC and go to La Trapeze on Wednesday nights. The Organizations of the UN have a recognized and consistent value that most all nations accept, like the World Health Organization, or International Civil Aviation Organization. The utility of these organization helps people keep the world running.

There are a good number of flaws to the system that is the UN. It’s goals are to eliminate war, all war, all war forever is to be eliminated through meetings and the deployment of Peace Keeping Forces. Because they have been aimed at eliminating all war, they have been slow to pick up properly the regulating of wars.

The failure to create a situation that is stable in Israel certainly calls for answers to why this is so. If the theologies represented were really all that great, you would expect less death and destruction. Don’t these people have any shame? If God is all powerful, do they show it by sending so many to the mythical heavens of paradise delivered in pieces as if his greatest teachings amounted to lessons in butchery?

Whomever it was that invented insurance to make money, for the love of money, starts to look better.

A System wherein mass murder pays, over a system in which mass murder costs is a system I’ll put on a tall white hat and say was suggested to me by elders and oracles.

So if there is constituted a Bank based on Human Capital, represented by Whole Life Insurance policies for all the citizens, paying for the missing man, paying for the bombed docks and destroyed shopfront, as proven by one side or another, then prompting death benefits, and property reimbursement, It has another advantage as a concept to apply: It would be a fair system.

Immediately you can say not. But you cannot say not in relation to Palestinian numbers, as compared to the numbers of Jews. An ostensibly democratic nation must value all the lives of it’s citizens the same. Slavery doesn’t work out because the slaves become inspired to operate at a consistent level of eroding sabotage, in Democracies.

The CSA was right to fear the slave that could read and write.
The fact that Poets in the Middle East get more respect than they get around here gives me something to think about. I have plenty of cause to be happy I am not famous, but to complete my work, I must become famed.

I must get sponsorship to speak to the General Assembly on this issue of Israel, as for Transcendia might as well be the same as a rogue airport in the Transcendian System of Airports. This is my motivation to think and speak of it.

My Transcendian Goal is to prevent the Apocalyptic Riot.

I see now that prior to the July publication I did not have all of the governing principles of Transcendia, along with it’s need for a currency worked out properly.
Alan Greenspan insulted me, saying I, an American Worker needed to be retrained.
Well, I vowed then to become an Economist, and a Creative Economist is what I became with the introduction of the Insurodollar into the Transcendian plans.

If I had sales from Amazon of the Transcendian Passports, I could make a case for strength enough to be allowed to speak to the UN Security Council.

I have long loved two way radios, or just radios even. I’ve listened in 80 meters to people talk about their chainsaws. The thing in Monument Men was a nice touch for me. I think those things really did work for about 50 miles.
I’ve seen specs for some of the old radios. The newer SWs are incredible for I saw a guy tune in Spainish hams in the daytime clear as a bell on his system with the real antenna up over his home.
It would be a fun little victory to lead us in the community to have some CB nets for the burrows, as this town is like a rabbit warren of homes in backyards like all over the place.
The commonality of the CB, along with the no license required is like at least one little fun thing people can do to get to know the people around them without knowing them.
Like in my mind a fun way to get introduced.
And the CB is cheap. I found one that worked great for 5 bucks, and regret giving it away.
I gave one to a friend so I might have someone to talk to on mine. My range is apparently short, and I wrote a note to the FCC about some guy I think boosts on channel 6, dominating the channel.
If I have no hope of ever reaching the guy, it’s like a crime.
But if you live nearby, in Carrboro, what time once a week would we think best for a radio net?

I don’t know know what is up with the store I created that was supposed to sell these. My wife’s phone is connected to the orders and the paypal etc. supposedly. I can’t tell. My sister ordered and got some. Some family bought some.

I’d asked the printer to let the edges square. The Photographer who contributed and with whom a handshake deal was done, tells me that he lost money when through the Amazon listing orders came into him.

I think to sell it, the store, for it would work better as stand alone in the web market appearing when someone asked for a Xmas Tree Wall Sticker.

I’d take 20,000 grand now to be done with it. That’s the buyer having to pay for the rest of the work to get it right. Price could go up. It might have worked better if I could do the metro TV ads to sell it in the season. One percent of the market for decorations like Xmas trees would be 500,000 grand according to our estimates.

I’ve asked John Waters to do a tree for it, as his aesthetic of kitsch with cheer in contrast to the Classic is legendary. It is hard to get these things done by myself not traveling.

I’m scared to leave the house, since so often I end up having words with people. Otherwise or near to it.

I lust to have a good spirited and “productive” meeting, where things are closed. The deal is properly closed.

There are some people I get on with, though seems like they are scattered up and down the East Coast, not much unified. Transcendia needs an office at the little airport.

However this post is a note as concerns the store on this site, which may or may not work now, not never working on this end, and needs some tweaking I ain’t got means to apply now.
