     There are names I trust.  There are stories to names that matter.  Today for instance we got a new screw gun because I somehow ruined the other one I'd had for a few years.  The one I ruined was a Black and Decker.  These days professionals consider Black and Decker to be throw away tools.  I hear that there is professional grade Black and Decker, discount but it is only available on line.

     Craftsman tools from Sears are typically superior.  It is about as if Sears only exists because their tools and appliances are reliable.  I remember when most everything in the house came from Sears.  My friend Joe Bell of the Sling Blades described some people as "Sears " People.  There was a time when I was a Sears Person then I guess.   I've heard that the professional name of Black and Decker is DeWalt.

     If I was going to become a mechanic, impotent I'd buy a Craftsman outfit, or a Snap-On outfit..  By outfit I mean the whole 9 yards for you need a tool box if you are a professional.  Roadies who do big shows and come out of the big name show union locals, like Local 1, or 52 in Manhattan build custom rolling tool boxes out of plywood.  I'd like to build one of those behemoths.  It is real unlikely that I will ever do so.  My days for some levels and types of work are past.  Arthritis like what I've got is like cancer for it isn't growing tumors in you, but it is just destroying all your joints.

    I think it even made my heart valves work less well, and suspect it damages any interior moviing parts.

    I had a Black and Decker hand saw, powersaw that we called the Destructo saw because it wasn't worth much, and if totally destroyed there would be no tears shed.  I ought not have bought it.  Having it made me look bad.  I bought a Delta chop saw because it would do what I needed and everybody else had the big DeWalt.  Bosch is typically a fine table saw, but otherwise it is overrated.

   I had a light duty Makita table saw.  The Bosch is bigger and better for the portables.

   Before anyone else on the crew had a RotoZip, I got one.  That was eventually my thing.  I tried to get things that no one else had, or that filled a guick and light good enough niche.  The Dremel Rotozip type tools actually outdid quickly the standard Rotozip.

   Someday I want a shop were I can invent some tools, like a quiet and light nail gun.  I wasted money on the gas powered Paslode.  Senco is the standard and there are reasons for that.  A Paslode trim gun is worth having, but the framer is past it's niche of time.  Dewalt offers some battery powered tools that are competitive.

    Battery powered tools are coming into their own like never before these days.   I won't be using them enough to justify buying them.  Just as my days as a carpenter were coming to an end, the Milwalkee 28 volt litium ion battery tools were coming on the scene.  The Milwalkee Sawsall has long been the standard in that area.

    Today our new screw gun came from The Home Depot. I ordered it on line.   It's an 18 volt ni cad powered screw gun.   It came with a battery powered saw and a great bag.  It's a Ryobi.  I've long had good luck with Ryobi, and the story behind the name is that they bought the name from the designer and have the same factory make what they sell.   .   This is different from many Chinese made things from what I hear.  I hear that the name contracts with the lowest factory group in China, which accounts for wide variance in quality.

    It makes The Home Depot look good that they sell Ryobi, instead of Black and Decker.   At least it used to all be that way.  Things keep changing.  It seemed as if The Home Depot was selling some Black and Decker as I saw when I was looking at what they sell on line.

    Buying online is now working out for me.  I'm hurt and huring with every movement from the arthritis.

    But you really do need to have a screw gun, battery powered drill around the house if only so you can teach your wife how to use it.  Ni Cad isn't as great as the Litium Ion, but it is powerful and good if you know how to use them and not destroy the battery by charging before its time.

    So there you have it. 

Cyber war progressed to where they broke all the nuclear reactors and they were spewing radiation all over the place so that all the one way highways led to the same end.

I fell in with photographers with antique bikes and one man soapbox shaped cars.

Skinny was good in a major traffic jam.

I was accepted because I was a fighter.  It made me sad though that I wasn't really a leader.

We had some cyberwar jams of our own and when the TV in the XRay Bar could be got to work we watched people in enemy territory vomit and die, dosage ed just like we could see for real here at home.

I don't know if I could have gotten myself out of my insanity all by myself this last horrible time that was induced by my desire to get the fuck out of the hospital and rehab settings.  The dreams were vivid and stayed long.  I may still be able to recreate them after a month.

There was the summer night and white chocolate horse on the ceiling that in its armpit was weighty smothering me.

There was the filthy home of my surgeon where bandages were being changed and stale cerial strewn all over.

The vertigo didn't stop.

On my back I was standing up.  Vertigo is what I think that was.  Bed was carried on my back and I didn't know it.  It was the spacesuit counterbalance.

The ceiling was the floor.

I hear I spoke of bombs and screamed I didn't feel safe.

It all started after the repair operation when the first replacement was pulled out and replaced after the hole and bones were cleaned in an attempt to kill all the germs.

Only one germ is supposed to be working to kill me since only one drug will kill that germ.

The ceiling was always the floor, discount and it was like spatial disorientation that pilots go through to lose their medical.  They crash if they don't believe their instrumenyts.

In a place of terrible food.  I was and am sure that is true for me and anyone else trapped there.

Ever since I had Transcendia Global Solutions come up in the Google when I was entering my site to write, ambulance I have been angry and depressed.  This morning with my business I awoke with the concept of the golden rule as a guide as I wondered for the win win solution to the problem of the theft of my name.

This happens to me over the name Transcendia more and more often.  I sometimes want to send my people, asthma my armed pilots who secretly work for the Transcendian Party to the homes and offices of those who misuse my name, and have those who hurt me get hurt.

Then I wallow in the Golden Rule and Olive branchs of peace and I feel like a pidgeon;

 or a stupid duck.

Most of the time when you are nice to people who have wronged you you get more taken advantage of.  

To not apply what I know of commonly expected actions and reactions invites further defeats and reasons for depression.

So then I shall look for my artist statement and read that.  It is a holiday.  I am not worth much during the day.

Tonight I will be worth more.

I have just finished the body of The Nuremberg Trial by Ann Tusa and John Tusa.  I am reading the thumbnail bios of the defendents.  I am worried that the ones that were hanged weren't hanged very well for it says that they were hanged with all these unlucky numbers instead of by length of drop and weight.  Thirteen twists of the rope and so one didn't impress me.

Readings such as this inspire my posturing as a scholar.  The book and its writers more than once assume that the reader is a scholar and has read works that are preparitory to their book.  I have read The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, The Nightmare Years, Twentieth Centruy, as well as Speer's memoirs, book, whatever the name of if was.  Without a doubt The Nuremberg Trial is an important addition to those touchstones of history about World War II and war and peace in general.  It is pathetic that we are so poor at this time when it comes to International Law.

It does Transcendia Global Solutions great benefit to have stolen my name.  More people will become aware of what they offer because they have stolen my name.  It is not like they stole the name Bill, but more like they stole the name Ford or Disney.

I asked my friend the attorney who normally most did Commercial Real Estate Law in Manhattan, but had diversified into Intlectual Property due to the Grand ?Recession what to do about it whey people appropriate my name: the Transcendian name.

He said the big test was if what they did was confusing.  Some people are actually named Ford, and are juste people and in contest it isn't very confusing.

Transcendia has always been a company, country and work of art.  First and formost we mostly think of it  as a nation, but as a work of art is how I approach it.  I must as the founder give ti the leaders touch of artistry, and political artistry is a really hard one.

I got a compliment from Kris Bris on Facebook the other day when I was lamenting the fact that my lifes story didn't change.  I said so because I was pissed off about it because I was reviewing old VHS videotapes I'd made about myself and to the subject of Transcendia.  It was the political scientis Grotius that pointed ou tyou are most likely to go to war with people you do business with.  For a long time I was mistaken about when he lived.  Doesn't matter because he is still correct no matter when he said it was so.  Once Grotius convinced me of the wisdom of his views I felt that I had grown to take the mantle properly of the founder of a nation, and that nation is named Transcendia.

So apparently Transcendia Global Solutions is offer ing to talk with people on the phone for you.  Yoy are encouraged to pay them to talk on the phone with people is what they want out of gloming on to my name.  So far my name is unsullied by terrible deeds in hisorty.  Like Transcendia hasn't started a war yet.

There does seem to be enough confusion about as call center in the Philippines using my name as to prompt my worry and depression over the potential for conflict.

Already see they started using my name without asking or paying, so already they broke the Golden Rule.  However I start my contact with them starts on my part from a negative.

This guy Tim DeChristopher got put in Federal prison for doing a pro active civil demonstration pretty much alone by the lights of his heart.  He was right in what he did.

It embarrassed and made people in power mad.  They put him in prison, ambulance which was bad enough.  Now he is having the screws put to him.

He is being caused to really suffer.  They are doing to him Isolation, and making his two years into ten.

I'm getting more tempted not to vote for Obama or anybody this next opportunity because President Obama is not reported to have done anything to support Tim DeChristopher who is an American lone wolf hero, who just saw an injustice and acted off the cuff, and is really suffering for it.

The broader issue of the murking up of deeds and ownership of land in the US mimicing the road Haiti went down as it's democracy became a shame is the one that looks to break any hope for your vote in the US, and is what the philosopher William James was talking about when he said Democracy is fragile.  He said thqt in his Harvard lectures of 1905.
