First update to the Refrigerator in eight months or so. Feels good.

Paul and Peggi

I’ll go to these places as soon as possible. There are imperfections like the souls assembled in boxes like phone calls. Teleportation is a preview here. Bad information and interferance change what we would rather not.

Transcendians in China will be buying land at the Equator before good investors from what I can tell of my readership. Rocket launching is a real business and at the equator it is cheaper since the world spins.

If the United Nations made Israel then it seems they ought to be strong enough to take over the whole area for all concerned. PanTheistic site specific conflict needs a wise demonstration. If peace is not to be achieved in this region the cause of athiesim is recommended.

I end up praising “Damascus Gate” by Robert Stone and hate it that I haven’t seen him or William James on C-Span.

Dear Peggy and Paul,

Dear Peggy and Paul,

Much of the writing I have done over the past year, 305 days, has been
done online with the surity of a mental audience that part enabled some
nature of it. You certainly are not expected to file as you have in the
past dealing with a program that makes it harder, and when Transcendia.org now exists. I think that it does help me though to focus when I go ahead and cc because of an image of you intellectually, combined some with Skip Battaglia, and others there that know me in a certain way.

So forgive me and feel not obligated if you get a cc filing. If you
have or have not done so, I do not entirely know. I did get great
satisfaction seeing your links to Transcendia.org and my address on all
pages. My reasearch into Docutech Xerox machines finds that for me to copy out a complete well done paper copy of my writings would be difficult and expensive.

It is a technology that needs some sheparding and however it exists in
White Plains and Rochester is of interest to me.

Xerox ought to hire me to help them get the thing going right with
Kinkos, but they can get the reasearch for free as it is posted. The fact
is that if I had a complete paper copy I and Nancy Alex could more perfectly organize and edit it. When Ed gets back from Miami he might talk me through the whole thing, but if you print out a copy and send it to me I will send you a t shirt for sure, or even money.

Designs of Transcendian money would be cool for the citizenship
package. I once designed a dollar that had space men on it. I can’t find
it.

Since my marriage I have had some desire to live a bit longer to
accomplish my goals.

Today I got made the first of T Shirts with the Transcendian flag on the
back. 2 were made, plus Girl Dog Truck, – Success.

Nancy Alex is out shopping for shoes wearing one of the T Shirts in
public, and I can’t wait for her to return and tell me about her adventure.
I’ve got some shows on Public Access, and one of them stands up damn well, could be an HBO sort of thing like the show about Vinyl I watched last night. A truly disturbing piece I made about my adventures living in motels.

Russell

Hi Russ, how are you guys doing?

Hi Russ, how are you guys doing? Hope you are healthy and enjoying the brief cool spell. Nothing new down here, same old stuff, no macho police stories; however, a little inside stuff;an ex-probation officer who went to the High Point PD recently accidentally shot his LT. in the butt with a shotgun…… really happened.

They were on a call, the Lt was in front, for some reason the wanna be rambo ex-probation officer (kinda reminds me of a dweebie elmer j fudd) had a shotgun in his hands, this same officer spent his own money to go to one of these “TACTICAL” seminars that teach you real macho swat tactics with weapons etc….. ohhhh can I wear my black ninja outfit now???? , this guy supposedly ‘accidentally’ has his shotgun go off; the slug hits the concrete pavement in front of him showering the LT in the back with lead slivers and concrete; in the butt that is…… apparently the Lt is also a real macho type.

Ah yes , our highly trained police in action…… geeez, people wonder why I never asked for assistance in the field…..Have any other interesting stories to tell? Real transcendental eh? The goofy ninja cop ‘ I don’t know how the gun went off…’ I ran into him afterwards, no investigation and he is still on the force along with his wife. She is another interesting story.

Hugs to all , still working too much, still hanging out in the woods with
the dogs enjoying the passage of time and all that it entails……..
aloha Ed Oh, I did get your message, but, I thought it expeditious
to email you asap.

Dear Ed,

I was prompted to call because I had picked up the bargin bin book The
Anatomy of Motive and so far in my reading think you would appreciate it.
So far the writing is clear and sometimes its good to read of things you
know to be reminded you know them. Reading non fiction is good for my
fiction whenever I do get around to writing fiction. My boss and mother
say it is a waste of time for me to even write fiction since my life as it
is is beyond what I can make up.

I’m posting your letter to Ed Hettig the webmaster and Peggy and Paul of
The Refrigerator along with this. I’d appreciate it if they can post your
letter. I need other writers for Transcendia.org since I want their
stories and insights along with mine. Writing can get you in trouble and
fame without money sucks. Your sentence saying such foolishness with guns
caused you to hesitate to call for help I sense as akin to professionally
heartbreaking within your carreer.

I’m real sorry you haven’t undertaken the pursuit of a Leadership role
in the State Senate at least.

I’m mostly interested in International Politics, and called a Human
Reasources person at Time Warner asking them to connect me to who I would pitch a United Nations Channel to within their Corporate Culture. I
imagine that as not hardly profitable to me personally like how Buddy
Hackett would apply for jobs all day and at night use his interviews for his
stand up routines.

The March issue of Vanity Fair has a fine journalistic piece about
Afganistan’s Drug Trade. Holland which seems as close to Utopia as I know
of even fails internationally maintaining its United Nations agreement to
the illegality of drugs.

Corruption and flat out weakness at the United Nations obviate hopes
for World Peace in my opinion. International Human Rights have been an
example considering the recent history of the Human Rights Commission.
I’m supposed to be writing about Banks and Oil Companies today. I’ve
got the April Issue of Fortune here to think about. I wish Russia was a
State so we’d get their Space Program, and they’d get our contract laws.
-And I like the Dutch Constitution.

Certainly this guy John Edwards ticks me off with his position on drugs
like pot, especially when the economy of North Carolina would benifit so
greatly from a turn from Tobacco to Pot as our schools continue to spiral
downward. When all down the line government policies are allowed to treat
all citizens as if they are all children, it is the children who actually
suffer the most.

These Harvard thinkers down the line make me sorry I didn’t go to
school there, but at least I’ve read some of their books and William James
ought to be a more famous American thinker. He is one a politician could
touch to get off the Third Rail where Drugs are concerned. Anyone going
into politics ought to have read Classic Readings in International Relations
and Selected Papers on Philosophy by William James.

Impressive that Holland being so small is so important in the world and
on the world stage. What a display of conscience and integrity when the
government resigns to illustrate that they failed to protect others in their
role as agents of the United Nations. It would be worth it to pay the
taxes they do to live with people that take care of each other somuch as to
sometimes display shared shame.

Obviously the fact that they will not go without shelter, or food or a
home because of their acts of conscience is not the case in this country.
The Corporate links between the banks insurance agencies oil companies
and the healthcare industry in this country now conspire to leave working
people with nothing for their families when they die.
Stocks no longer are bought to pay dividends, but to be traded around
on fantasys and fashions. Fads divorced from heroes of creation, industry
and imagination will doom us and our children if things go on with the
people in power this year, in power next year.

I’ve been reading about Rome and think Iccarus, the inventor of
carpentry, actually fell off a roof, but was such a hero of building that
they said he was trying to fly. Then again every great builder builds
something that doesn’t quite work, is beyond them to fully achieve, but is in
the right direction.

Hope you will think about coming over to Chapel Hill. This coming
Friday night we will be at Go filming some youngsters playing music, but
often the Friday Night Club continues at the Tractor Shed, and you and Patty
would be welcome along with your children for that matter.
Otherwise Patty and Nancy Alex ought to determine when we could have
dinner together. Their is the germ of a party plan for June 29th, but that
is not confirmed.

I’d love you to see the little 32 I got. Patent numbers on the barrel
say l906 and l914. I wish I knew its history actually. What do you think
of Pilots being armed? I think it is crazy not to arm them incase the sky
marshall is crazy. Every Captain of a ship has a gun locker as far as I
know of Maritime Law.

The book that I reccommended is significant as far as legislation
concerning arms is concerned because profiling prior to gun permit issuance
might be practical as far as safety on Transcendian airports. Transcendian
issuance of gun permits, passports, and pilot licenses is serious, and I
have got to create bureaucratic questionaires on occassion. Possibly you
would want to write the applications for guns questionaire from what you
know about the dangerous people that are still citizens, free to walk
around?

I wrote the passport application and if you would write the
questionaire for a Transcendian Gun permit, it might be better than one I
might write.

Transcendian Letters/Short Headlines

The computer and phone have been down and we know what that means. I think I lost a job because of it. When the satellite went bad from bad rays and my pager went out I lost a job. My horoscope said I should write and publish the day I came home to find out nothing would work right. Bad cosmic rays made me say “there is no hell but just the Devil causing trouble in heaven.”

I like it when my memory is working.

Otherwise I have to keep notes and use the tape recorder.

My notes are:

These the things I would be writing about now if I didn’t have to go out. Banks and Oil Companies. Two front wars that can never be won for the greater collection of world citizens. Drugs the hypocrisy of self interest and denial.

Where women are treated badly, I don’t want to be.

Critique of Myself

Critique of Myself:

No great turn of phrase, not the poetry or fiction. Bland seeming not
to soar these days.

I myself want to see it in print all from somewhere else, someone else.
I’d shuffle the pages around so they are organized for the audience.
If you are around one of the Xerox Docutech machines, see if they can
actually print The Transcendian Letters out from both The Refrigerator.net, and Transcendia.org.

Xerox representatives haven’t been calling me back. I asked them to
tell me where all these machines are as the last question. The main use of them seems to be the printing of Chapters assigned by University professors, instead of the entire textbook.

The plan for my operation, a system of airport bookstores with no stock
but the ablity to on demand print anything in any language is new to Xerox, but will probably be done eventually by Kinkos which has the most experience with the Docutech machines. If I was advising Kinkos I’d tell them to bring the technology to the notice of the public.

Maybe the desktop printer someday will be able to do what the Docutech machines can do, print 135 pages a minute correctly from a computer feed, but right now I hardly know anyone with a printer hooked up to their printer that can do anything like that.

Full proof of the concept is the history of the Wall Street Journal
printing operation. Used to be The Wall Street Journal was flown up and down and all around on a fleet of freighter aircraft. As soon as it was feasable The Wall Street Journal fed to Localized printers by Satellite elimanating the need for these airplanes.

New technologys over and over gobble the technologies that preceeded them. Movies are on TV, records are on the radio. Books will come out of the computer.

Well more correctly I ought to say that newspapers, magazines and then books will come out of the computer.

By the end of this year the Xerox Docutech will be able to not only
print at a competitive speed, but bind. If I had about 3 million dollars
for the project I would buy five of these machines, which cost about 200 thousand dollars apiece, and put them in airports like Paris, Rome, New York, Bejing, Hong Kong, and Melborne, or at least one per continent in major ports.

I would require of Xerox an upgrade agreement so that my investment in their machines would not become obsolete as the technology improves.

Something similar as the way the Grumman and Lear upgraded aircraft with the winglet technology for example.

There will always be a desperate need for books. For example some
information is so important such as Spacecraft manuals that they cannot be trusted to electronic storage entirely. Even the manuals for computers are some the same.

I do not have 3 million dollars for such an endeavor, so go with it if
you get it. Say you got the idea from Transcendian Letters, hope you’ll
send some money when you get some.

……………………..

Coming up next Thursday some of the videos I made in Greensboro for
the Public Access Channel there will be on in Chapel Hill over the Channel here. One of the productions is very disturbing. That being the
Contractors Creed. Thursday is the 28th.

We were very impressed with the constitution of Holland. We think it
is good to approve of it in the context of Transcendian Anarchy as written in the passport.

The cultural causes of the Dutch failure in Serbia are of interest.
I am reminded of the lesson in War and Peace. When we come from good honest families, cultures, societies, it is shocking to find that there are people, tribes culture, that do not operate as we do. I feel that this
was the case for the Dutch.

It is time that the Dutch broke more fully with the International
United Nations agreement that Drugs are illegial. Their defacto
legalization of them in conflict with their signature to the cause of real
State Sponsored Terrorism Internationally is a Hypocrisy that I would prefer they abandon. Transcendia would never sign such an agreement because it is so continuously counterproductive. I myself live with more fear from the Police and Army my taxes pay for, day in and day out, than I do from the Taliban.

Dutch pilots in a culture where pot is legal for everyone else
interest me. Doctors who give pilot physicals in Holland must have some sort of standard. I wish I knew exactly how it worked. The Dutch pilots I knew when I was younger were good companions and I took a flight to Kitty Hawk with one that I’ll never forget for its successes.

The Flight Instructors did have to explain to their Dutch students
that in the confines of a Cessna 152 deoderant was called for. Apparently the Dutch at that time were not offended by body odors.

…………….

The International Airlines ought to understand that expansion of safety
and security that Transcendia would provide, especially if it was protected by the United Nations Peacekeeping Force, would allow for their growth, and not their contraction.

I am being Russell’s secretary tonight

Dear Ed,

How are you?

I am being Russell’s secretary tonight:

1) “Don’t get married because of a movie – there is a lot of pro-marriage propaganda stuff going on right now”

2) ” It is obvious that the US cannot generate peace in the Middle East. Or Peace period. The UN must become stronger and the US must turn to the UN as a Greater power.”

3) ” Airports are civilian territories. The distinction between the police
and Army is significant. Military uniforms have no place in the civilian
environment. The Army is always to be deployed against enemies and never to have a place in the civilian environment.”

4) “Transcendia has a great admiration for the Constitution of the Dutch although it recognizes their hypocrisy in relation to international drug law agreements.”

That is all for now.

Nancy Alexander Day

I’m not supposed to drive today I remember

I’m not supposed to drive today I remember. Once hired a guy checked
my driving record and found that for several years in a row, I had gotten
speeding tickets, or had some other event involving police and cars on that day. I think that tomorrow is my late fathers birthday, but still I search for whatever real anniversary trigger would create this personal trend.

The reading for the day is: No One has greater love than this, to lay
down one’s life for one’s friends.

I think that in one manner or another this is a shared religious tenet,
and a particularly significant reading in that regard. From what I can
tell, it is a tenet carried to extreme in the Islamic Culture of current
conflict in the Mid East.

It was carried to extremes in all the wars I can think of from the
Civil War to World War l and through ll and on and on day in a day out.
There is always a war going on, always secret little conflicts in which men die for their friends. Suicide in conflict, war, is not new. The style of suicide bombers in the Middle East, in Israel is new, but not that much, and different in style than the Kamikaze pilot or the rush across trenches to machine gun bullets in the attrition wars.

I love the African Proverb: “It is better to have an intelligent
enemy, than a stupid friend.” Friends are either inherited, or chosen, and there is always the time when your choices are complicated by friends who are wrong, or doing the wrong thing.

Certainly there are friends of friends on both sides of the Israeli
Palestinian conflict who suspect their friend of stupidity. The stupidity
is definable as counter productive to obvious long-term goals. Actions that are not practical, may appear practical, and be actually necessary, but only in the short term.

Over and over I have been thinking of what the Ching provided when I
last consulted through it about the wisdom of not carrying on to the bitter end of a conflict. I think it was one thing I at least learned not to do
from my first marriage. At some point any prospect of a win win solution is lost and it makes no difference whether or not you are right.

In the case of the conflict in the Middle East I believe that the
historical partiality of the United States condemns the United States to
failure in any real peace negotiations. I believe that this historical
bias hobbles real resolution that creates a Win Win resolution in a
complexity of international relationships.

The United States would be wiser to ask clearly for the help of the
United Nations in causing peace in the Middle East, than to continue to
think that Super Power status makes all things possible.

The Sexual Culture of the Catholic Church

Early, initial sexual experiences have great power in creating sexual
preferences and orientations. I knew a guy that had early as a young boy been passed around by priests who had sex with him. His orientation, I believe was dramatically influenced by this early experience. Whether or not he would have become gay regardless of these early events in his intimate life, clearly he was taken advantage of and abused. His innocence was violated.

I suspect that priests who have sex with young boys, themselves had sex with men when they were boys. My suspicions are founded in what I know of my own sexual life, and stories from others I have known who told me of their “First Times”, first experiences seem to somehow become consistent.

For instance girls that initially have sex with older men seem to gravitate to older men for the rest of their lives. Of course this is only part of the story. The model of mother and father have great influence, but the bottom line is that the healthy individual has been allowed to abandon innocence in exercise of their own free will. I believe that over time because of the culture of the Catholic Church, the unrealistic strictures concerning sex, specifically celibacy, the sexual culture of priests perpetuates unhealthy sexual trends within this group of men.

My experiences in the first grade attending a Catholic School, taught
by nuns also influences my attitudes towards celibacy as a requirement, for the nuns seemed way too wound up, violent and unhappy.

I recognize how difficult it must be for Catholics to contemplate what
the incidents of child molestation now in the news, brought to light, really mean.

Russell

Today I am very discouraged about Transcendia

The reading from the Bible encourages me to buck up and be bold.

I was blessed with a vision.

It is the same for me as for Peter and John, who were uneducated, common men.

Nancy Alex called me an "Auto Didactic", and I had to ask her what she really meant, though it didn’t sound like an insult.

I just wanted to make sure.

I started out to simply write to Beni Avini and ask him if he could get me in touch with Steven Emerson who I watched on C-span this afternoon. I found it interesting that Mr. Emerson was calling for a Reformation of Islam similar to the Protestant Reformation. It is like calling for Martin Luther to appear in some other religion, and though needed for world peace on the theological front, as he said, hard to cause from the outside.

The best ammunition I have come across is the fact that Mohammed edited the Koran, saying some passages were inspired by the devil.

As much as I liked Mr. Emerson’s take on reality, I do not think he has the theological ammunition that I have somehow come across.

Of course things aren’t going much my way either as far as I can tell.

John Loftin, who gave me ammunition in his history book, won’t answer my calls or invitations.

Mr. Emerson calls for the support of moderate Muslims, and describes them as willing to disavow writings of the Koran that extremist dedicate themselves to.

Intellectual ammunition for that call is in my discovery that editing has already occurred for the Koran by its writer. Mr. Emerson also missed the fact that Jesus created the New Testament with his speech called The Sermon on the Mount.

Could be, he merely, missed the opportunity, to say so on the television, at the time.

The long and short of my letter being that I wanted Mr. Emerson to be aware of my point, that I’ve written about more than once.

I have thrown the I Ching now to the question, " What does God though the I Ching have to say to religious leaders of all faiths now?"

6 Conflict changing into 23 Splitting Apart are the answer.

I here condense bits from my reading as I read now.

 – "Conflict develops when one feels himself to be in the right and runs into opposition.

-Conflict within weakens the power to conquer danger without. To carry on the conflict to the bitter end has evil effects even when one is in the right. In such a case one must turn to the Great Just and Impartial man for a resolution. Duties and rights are to be explained and coordinated from the beginning to remove the compulsions of conflict. In a struggle with a superior strength, retreat is no disgrace. To submit and change because right is no longer clearly on your side is a recognition of eternal law and brings good fortune. Turn over to the just and uncorrupted arbiter the power to decide the right things to be done quickly if one is in either in the right or the wrong. It is better to be right or moving in the right direction even if one has been wrong. Total loss is no better than total victory if they divide humanity. It is to the leaders that the responsible acts first fall if they are to increase their families.

Beware twice of the cunning, the deceivers and the pandering to secrets and lies that are the hallmark of cunning. All that the superior can do now is hold onto what is right, to keep the roof from falling in. Avoid acting when you know that neither thing you do will make anything better. The rulers of the world in all their positions of leadership are to simply bow to the will of their people and abandon their individual agendas.

The wisdom of the God is to be used for all. The stronger man loses as much as the weaker man when both carry the conflict to its bitter end, regardless of who is right. If both parties will turn to a Judge, Arbiter, who loves both impartially the three will all together come to a solution, resolution, that will advance all.

The resolution may simply be that conflicting parties pledge to not bother each other.

My logical  thinking  says that the United Nations must in a strong way affect separation of Israelis and Palestinians is characterized in the reading from the I Ching as a turn to a fair arbiter, before the conflict carried to the bitter end, creates a lose lose situation for all, instead of the win win resolution that is what a end to a war ought to be, and has been for the United States from the Revolution to the resolution of the Civil War.

DefiningTerrorism

This was in response to the European edition of the Wall Street Journal. by Benny Avni DefiningTerrorism-WSJ.htm

Dear Beni, Thank you for sending on your essay. I have learned some details from it and trust your facts.

Though there are now hundreds of my filings daily or near daily on The Refrigerator.net, I would very much appreciate it if you were to make some review.

Transcendia, and transcendian theory, the art of transcendia, the book of Russell are serious and mature works now. You are the most promient journalist I know, and are in a unique postition to help me, though God knows I have a true perception of fame, and have even said to Nancy Alex, my partner bride, our Union a gift to the world that I’m glad we aren’t that famous yet.

You know that if I am to pick I would rather be important than famous, and believe strongly in Ayn Rand’s view that the man is only worthy when his fame comes from the integrity of his work.

Certainly it offends me that I must have an army to be a nation or be allowed to speak. I believe that Transcendia if known to United Nations soldiers, there would be some good number that would want to join. There is idealism and practicality in the construction of Transcendia.

My mind has drifted now to reading William James and the Pragmatism Method. James came to the barometer that is my mind, out of the blue because I had read his story of George Fox maybe. I think one of those things that comes from going to church and living as well in the world now populated by ancestral thinkers, writers, scribes.

Though Grant is always my resonate hero, this thinker William James is a fine display of balanced living. Certainly for me now as I have studied the known life of the soul, and politics, and art to try and achieve a practical and idealistic solution to the overriding threat to the world our children will live with us in, and inherit.

James saying that his is not so much a "Philosophy" as a Method for thinking, is like the Iron structure of the Flaiton Building. Strength and Flexiblity in truth are superior Theologies, for all Philosophy knocks at the door of Theology.

He knows the place of Theology as well. I can compare John Loftins book, The Big Picture to Varieties of Religious Experience and am glad to be able to combine their meaning in my mind. It is guidance I can get some from James, though I have talked to Loftin on the phone. (We invited Loftin, who coincidentally lives in Hillsbourgh to our wedding which was at St.Matthews Episcopal Church there, which is about 20 miles from Chapel Hill. We wanted him to come because it is the First Time I know Of that the Reading from the I Ching has been included in the official Episcopal Service. Record of the service and accepted placement was determined by the priests and Bishop, so we wanted him there since he wrote such a fine history of religions.)

It is Loftins history of Islam that provides the Transcendian, who is in conflict Theologically with the Koran, the produced culture of the Koran, an arguement that is like the battering ram that is aimed at the top of the wall, to shake it and eventually knock it over.

Now I move from the position that some thoughts, beliefs are better than others. This is why I would be for legalization of and regulation of drugs in Transcendia. The relationships between Drugs Terrorism, and worldwide injustice, hurts more people than it protects. It becomes more unethical to take the freedoms of people who use sell or grow drugs, than moral. The practical results are certifiably the source of great damage to the shared civilization, culture and society.

The facts of the story of Muhammad in his role as the writer of the Koran are that he threw out, revised his work, saying that he had realized that that particular passage was inspired by the Devil, Satan. Who is it, what writer at the very least will not be forced to agree that it is not possible that Muhammad might have added or revised further, commented or clarified what he had already written if he had lived longer? It is interesting to me that Jesus was not a writer.

One may go so far as to imply that Muhammad might have completely disavowed the entire book if he had lived longer, though in every book there is some truth that is to be used to the good if only the good is to recognize the enemy. Certainly in this time of Lent, I have an understanding of the internal Jhad, that one I suffer over cigarettes daily, one that would benefit from a long walk somewhere. We do not ask believers to stop the great struggles we share, only to join us in strong flexiblity.

There will come a time when there is a Service of Readings. I am sure that the Sermons simply there in a book, The I Ching, in the perfection of Changes and constants there in counterpoint and comment to even the Koran will used show ways to live that even if they do not completely wipe out what we know as the evidence of evil, the murder of innocents, civilians, a nationally sanctioned equivalent to gang war that every slum dweller lives with day in and day out so much so that international news is meaningless to them.

The Book of Russell is to bring the finished books together, those books with eternal life. So far I have found that the Bible and I Ching delight me and give me peace from which to operate. I am open to the idea of seeing what a combination of readings from both the I Ching and Koran and Bible all together in season would give both myself and any shared congragation in the way of wisdom.

James perfectly describes how it is that old truths and new truths may become integrated. If I test Transcendian theory against his description of how we hold onto as much of our prior, inherited near genetic "truths" as possible when faced with learned experienced truth that is contradictory to the prior truth, I know I could not write one single book of Theological perfection, one that would provide all the wisdom that God offers. My success is to have discovered a Method of using these books that come from a respect for the written word that has nothing to do with modern publishing motives.

There is a part of the history of Muhammad that has no place in my vision of Transcendia. Robbery of strangers, unbelievers or not, is not within Transcendian righteousness. As I have said in the past, I am aware that in the past persons with my goals, revolutionary, evolutionary change, robbed banks to finance their cause. Muhammed robbed caravans on the Silk Road.

It is fundamental that the invention of the airplane, this ship that esentially has no road to the point that the air is its road, is the barometer of our shared interests and hopes.

Business is a two edged sword. It is of two contradictory truths requiring a choice.

The obvious benefits to the world if the nation of Transcendia, a confederated network of culturally neutral airports, hence embracing all of the best of the Port Culture of Tolerance and mutually profitable trade, are illustrated in the importance of Import and Exports to all nations for the securtiy of their citizens.

Think simply of Women of Executive power who otherwise would not personally chose to do business in Islamic Countries where they are by sex supposed to cover themselves and submit to what anyone ought to perceive as unjust unequal status.

The network of Transcendian airports would do much to facilatate vital economic interactions between nations and cultures.

It is the national purpose of Transcendia that distinquishes it from the random nature of airports that exists today, and is its reason for realization as a specific national enitiy. It must take up where the United Nations has left off.

This cacophony of crisis has only one way of resolution, and that is dependent on a balance of power that diminishes the conflicts among mankind to the struggle to live within the imposed budget that is not determined at all by humanity, but by where we find ourselves, on a little planet that is rapidly becoming too small for our natures.

It is now the time for the United Nations, or an enitity of equivalent power to intervene in the overall conflicts of Nations. World Peace is to amphorious a concept apparently to have success, or by now we would be seeing television out to the United Nations as readily as we see C Span.

We know now that in the face of the most terrible prospect, The Cold War was a victory. The Bi Polar Power Balance bought humanity time. Now the time is for that balance to be recreated in a manner that was obvious at the end of the First World War.

Aviation, and the place that aviation plays now as it has matured beyond what it was at the end of World War I, is no insignificant development.

Now it is that travel by plane, which is vital to the interactions mysterious but no less vital to our overall internationaly shared interests is contracted when the reverse is dramatically called for. The war that Terrorists have conducted on civilians has targeted our contemporary equivalent of the Silk Road that Muhammed and his followers sought to dominate.

We cannot afford to allow this contraction of airliner network safety and civility to further and further degenerate for this is the practical method inwhich humanity has hope of survival. And it is not even survival period that is enough.

There are two thing then now that I see and feel as vital to this time when the World is in real Crisis, not even particular, but diffuse as internationally measured by the health of international airports. One that this international confederation of airports I call Transcendia become a reality, by simply gaining the alliegance of the rank and file of the United Nations Peace Keeping Force, and two that a Television Channel covering the United Nations be created and become commonly available internationally.

That is for today.
