Nancy Alex told me she heard a guy on the radio say that it was wasteful to have thousands of guys aimlessly cruising around in Ships for months.

Really.

When I go on the web looking for Seaplanes to obviate the need for Aircraft carriers, I don’t find anything acceptable.

Since there is no strategy that I know of that calls for seaplanes, it would imply that few modern designs have been developed.

For every invention, there is a place. Diminishment of the place for trains in our infrastructure, and our society and culture as a result erode the overall efficiency which impacts individual income and leads like an anchor no one seems to want to haul up.

Maybe that is not an elegant metaphor, but you can make it work.

At any rate having come from Sailors and Priests, I think Seaplanes superior to boats period.

Once I figured out that there weren’t many women out at sea, airplanes got much more attractive since still their operation demanded the same skills.

Seems like Boeing and Lockheed could use the work and I am convinced that transformational products are not necessarily new, but re-engineered when their niche reappears.

It would be a good thing if the new seaplanes ran on hydrogen stored in borax, but I don’t know if you can get the BTUs for heavy lifting of the folding portable oil rig type temporary stationary base that Transcendia would need out in some ocean areas.

Pray to God myself that I can come up with ideas that conform to the James method of thinking that allows for integrated thought. I try never to get to far from accepted truths.

Recreation of the Cold War, in the guise of a War on Terrorism benefits the Corporate Cynics who feel fear and isolation from the poor they manipulate through ignorance and hypocrisy.

I’d rather say the root of evil is armed ignorance, because that is more forgivable. The root of evil is certitude and judgmental intolerance combined with self serving rationalizations.

The Sermon Brooks gave seemed bland when I first heard it, but it has set with me well. Keep moving through grief and awe and all. Mary Magdeline I think of as Lois Lane now after the sermon since she was like a journalist running around with important news that needed notice.

What is it that we are to love?

Are we to love within borders on this earth?

No matter or not whether or not we believe that God somehow changed the laws of physics and life so that Jesus could be resurrected, we know that he valued every soul, and that this is what we expect of the governments that we would volunteer for.

The Citizen is a secular name for a soul. In Transcendia, the victimless crime will not exist as justification for imprisonment or prosecution. The rule of the moral elitist is nothing but a propagandist manipulation to benefit international oil corporations.

These corporations I single out as examples of the worst, not saying that there are corporations ideologically in cultural conflict within the Capitalists.

When the Short Term Profiteers gain the upper hand over the long term Visionaries, we suffer. The Short Term Profiteers cripple the Company, rape it in the Short Term, destroying the Long Term potential. A current example is Enron.

But it is happening in the Space Program and other areas of our interwoven economies.

Weapons of Mass Destruction like the atomic bomb, as they become more acceptable, will make the short termers more vulnerable, and sorry for their philosophy along with the rest of us if they triumph now in this very very crucial time.

Low yield nuclear weapons lead down a very fatal path, is my personal opinion.

What is practical in the short term, is not always practical in the long term is the way I look at tactical nuclear weapons.

The only place I see for tactical nuclear weapons is in the destruction of Comets or Asteroids, and the steerage of them is likely the best solution.

I got to shoot my new pistol yesterday. It is a little Smith and Wesson 32 revolver, and it worked.

My friend Bill reported that his son asked what Transcendia was and could only end up calling it Russellland.

The Vision of Transcendia is an International Confederation of Airports with the expansionist goal of becoming a nation of airports and spaceports.

(Yesterday I drew dots on the World Map placemat I use for a mouse pad. The perfect place for an airport is by a deepwater port and major highways and rail service. An airport is unique in that it may succeed dispite its lousy geographic location if its culture is complete. Such is the sort of Spaceport possible. For instance there are towns in the world that are known simply for Universities. Once taxes or other profits are sufficient Transcendian airports will all maintain Transcendian Flight Schools.)

A pointed edit of Transcendian Letters in The Refrigerator will clarify Transcendia.org. and is being undertaken. As soon as I get the application finished for the passport, it will be possible to buy a Passport which is one thing that is about useless merely memorized or left in the computer.

So oddly enough I am charged now with creating a bureaucacy. I hope that the best bureaucrats will join Transcendia.

First day of the website for transcendia.org which is our wedding present. Alright it is not the first piece of wood that I have ever cut.

Carl is going faster than hell with only a single headlight to see by. It is only the road he can see. The road goes somewhere but it is only a road.

Honestly we want to sell you our goods. You need a good robot but we haven’t made it yet.

The only concrete thing that Transcendia has made has been the theology of Transcendia. The I Ching is a sermon for the Bible reading for the day.

The Bible and the I Ching are together like the best fossils.

War is about women. War is about trade. Trade and women. But mostly if you win a war you get the women. In the case of divorce from place the equality of women in the pursuit of Godliness is paramount.

Women cannot be like men. For every emotional act that feels good and therefore permanent or worthwhile they are stuck with the payment.

Feelings are betrayed for men. Feelings in the swelled heart of satisfaction and full potato belly have drifted and crashed for men to hunger and humiliation and loss.

Women and Food make a town. A town to remember and visit write up for a tour book.

I listen to women priests and they speak well, but it is their detachment from work that puts their sermons too much in the head.

The authority of pain is in building. There is a lauded amnesia of birth.

What choice do you have? Build a baby that is your own mind.

Build a perfect mind and you might get mine.

Your mind at thirteen and mine at thirteen full of the inspirations cherished and the realities acknowledged. It was perfect on the edge of innocence and corruption.

Once I was out in the country at my friends house and my dog and his dog got in a fight. I picked both dogs up and held one in one hand and the other in the other and held their faces close for a minute while they stared and shared the fear of what I had done because of what they were doing.

Editorial Comment on My Own Work

One ought not write things on the computer, into the e-media, that are not worthy of paper. Yesterday I made a copy of the paper copy of the writings I did for The Refrigerator. I am not yet sure how much of it really was worthy of duplication. The experience of writing on line was new to me. From September 8 to late February I filed and was posted sometimes daily.

I got angry mail from an old friend who said I had become right-wing, and people in China tried to sell me things. A long lost friend wrote me out of the blue.

Essentially what the writing accomplished was that it told me that there was an imperative for me and Transcendia to create United Nations Television as a distinct channel.

My poetry is reported to be very depressing. I think it is a testament to whatever strength and humor I have that I have survived my depression, and even made something out of it. The Transcendian Letters are not as depressing as some of my other work.

Within the body of work there are 2 and a half chapters of Force of Nature. I call the third chapter, only a half because it is very bare of descriptive passages. These are a departure from the rest of the work in a significant way. I guess really the unity of the work is really only the same sort of unity there would be to a magazine. Maybe I could make a case for myself as Editor of The United Nations Magazine.

Do they let working class people run anything? Hiring me to run United Nations Television, or Edit The United Nations Magazine would be tantamount to letting a working class person, run something important.

I had a bad dream last night. I dreamed I got a letter from C-Span saying it was not a good time to create United Nations Television, as I have envisioned it, and that it was under further consideration, though it had been determined at any rate to proceed slowly. I’ve gotten so many rejection letters in my career, that I can dream all the details. It’s one of those things that make me feel like a professional.

The letter is my favorite form. You might see The Refrigerator writings, as postumous. You might read them better if you pretend I have been dead for awhile. My friend Chuck said years ago I’d be more appreciated after I was dead. Letters are the form for the dead.

Letters are full of mistakes. Letters are supposed to be a discussion, part conversation, unfinishable, often lost, part of history. In the Transcendian Letters my discussion with myself about arming pilots is wrong in details like the sort of weapons that would be best, but I think I am on mark when I cite the precedent of Maritime Law, and the traditional gun locker of the Ship Captain.

It is the American Civil War, and its resolution to whatever good the United States has been internationally. The time has come when we are in another Revolution, a revolution of Political Order. The implication that the relationship between the United Nations and World Nations, is called to replicate the relationship between the States, and the United States, is sobering.

From the point of view of many, if that’s the alternative to the status quo, no thanks. Better for us to go it alone.

If the United States is to lead in the right direction, it must become reformed itself. The corruption of the powerful, their hypocrisy have more sever international repercussions than I think Americans want to accept.

As a whole, it is the same for the United Nations. The corruption there in either ideals, or particulars must be ended. Both entities do have still some active idealism that promise win win solutions more than if they did not exist. But all the little compromises of the past century have worn them down in their heart.

I need a transitional job that would put me in contact with Kofi Annan to more quickly cause United Nations Television. My work is out of balance right now. I hope this letter will help change that.

United Nations Television

Last night we caught some of United Nations Television on C-Span.

It is a good move towards The United Nations Channel. I was glad to see it.

The Episode made me think of Gene Roddenberry, the creator of Star Trek. I have regretted not going to Harvard for many reasons, but at least being part of student government at MCC did provide some extras. We booked Mr. Roddenberry to speak at the College and had dinner with him prior to his speech to the school.

The United Nations program on C-Span two was about the international plight of women on Women’s Day, which I didn’t know it was Women’s Day until I caught the program.

If you were not a woman Gene Roddenberry didn’t want to know you was my impression, and he had originally cast his wife as Captain Kirk. Interesting how it is now that the show seems much more like his original conception.

His stories were always based on Mythology.

I have not much retention for Mythology myself. The textbook for it was a failure when I think back on it. But I have some ideas about women.

Judith from the Apocrypha is a mythological story for me. "She prayed for the power to deceive." has seemed particularly characteristic of women in that I as a man could not have imagined praying for such power since it would be praying for power to break a commandment.

In the story, the outcome is triumph over the Kings forces and security from attack for as long as Judith lived and for long after that.

The story is this: The King of the area was having a war and demanded soldiers but they were draft dodgers in her and Manassas Town. (Mannassas was dead, and she always wore black in because he was the best and would take no other. Therefore she had position and respect. When the King won without the help of draft dodger towns he returned to kill the disobedient and the town was under siege and starving and about to give up by the council of the men when Judith said, "Hold on, I’ll show you what a woman can do."

She went down to the Kings camp and told the General that her people had been bad and God was angry with them and they were sure to be defeated, and she would tell him when to attack after God told her when the time was right.

This proves once again that one ought to be suspicious of those that tell you God speaks more clearly to them, than to you. But be that as it may, it also says in the story that she was so beautiful that he could not help but believe her.

The other lesson is that we tend to believe what we want to believe. The lies we tell ourselves area more significant than the lies others tell us since we decide what to believe ultimately. The liar, deceiver is really only playing a part that fulfills a script we write. Something that makes us feel good.

To the General it fulfills his image of himself, so strong and right that this beautiful woman would defect to him and bring with her the power of God. She would bring him the work of God about when to act. The word of God, tells us both what to do, and when to do it.

So these are the aspects, motivations and situations of the story. The story is human. There is a life and death struggle going on. Judith and the General flirt and she goes out in the mornings to pray with her handmaiden for a few days until a night, a dinner where the General drinks more wine than he has ever in his life, his officers leave them alone in his tent convinced that Judith is going to bed down with him, have sex with him, and when he passes out she cuts off his head takes it in the morning to her people and they attack the headless army and are victorious.

Her truth then is that she shows to her people, what a woman can do.

United Nations Television has broken through to the essential conflict in the world order which is the conflict over ownership of women. The Civil War of the United States, War Between the States, The War To End Slavery is the model of war.

"Our Past Will Be Your Future." is even the hope that the United States offers to the world just a little bit, in spite of this War that goes on and on a linked evil that outsides me, compels me to create my own country were at least I live according to my own ethics and lights, even enjoying my own zone of vices privately.

It still pisses me off that the cops took my 38 and my pot and gave neither back. In the end I do see the world in terms of the rich and the poor, but also in terms of the right and the wrong.

When I got up this morning Vertical Limit was on so I watched it. It was a very well constructed movie. The parable aspect of brothers and sisters the morning after Women’s Day, set with me well, besides the construction and content I just could not help but admire since there was strength wisdom beauty and humor in the work.

Well, the Soap Opera ingredients are not entirely unrealistic from what I have read of fatal mountain climbing adventures. I keep wondering why when we have the spacesuit technology people freeze to death on such adventures these days, but I am not a clothing retailer to climbers from Nasa.

If I had to go to the top of K2 Everest, whatever sort of point where air is too thin, I’d jump out of a jet on a parasol and take an inflatable glider down before I’d walk up that thing. I hate being cold. I don’t think well when I’m too cold. That’s just that, the facts.

I moved there for love once though, to cold, Rochester New York My God, The First American Border, Boom Town. The first shopping mall. Midtown Plaza still lives, put there downtown in that cold place with all the nearly free energy coming from Niagara. Well the Mall ought to be downtown. The climate made an imperative, and they did it right there.

Cold as it is there is energy for it, some civilization lived anonymously there important and out of the way. There See Genesee!

The nitroglycerin aspect of Vertical Limit gives it that artificial Hollywood bullshit touch. Is it a metaphor for the atomic bombs, or biological weapons? I mean really, give me a break!

I’ve been beaten up twice, and been in some other fights I won, and I have a pretty fair idea of how much a body can take from it.

American Beauty is happening where I am. There is some murder in Durham. Over seas spies are getting killed for market share If there was no oil in the world could we stay apart like different planets?

I worked on this cartoon once, The Inspector Gadget Show. Part of Penny the character’s arsenal was a computer book. These things actually ought to be common. I’d use them as an aspect of non lethal weaponry in conflict with ignorance.

The pen is mightier than the sword. In the end as a tool it costs less. I appreciate the New York Times Magazine story about the Satellite Channel to Iranians just crushed by the discompassionate capitalist random overlook. Wonderful that the Magazine lamented the ending of its evolved mission succeeding beyond what Voice of America could imagine through humor and enthusiasm and fatalism.

I recommend that computer books that receive satellite transmissions be dropped on people that are poor. It could be like a free introductory offer. Too much money is spent on bombs. The view of the United Nations must gain respect like the unmarried widowed Judith. It must save us that have better things to do than go to war with each other.

If a brother or a father has a daughter he will not help learn to read, then he is not a worthy brother or father.

There was an industrial video I worked on once that was about what they called an Advanced Learning Appliance. It hooked into mainframes and the student was issued it to the point of never needing a text book as long as they had a phone ine to the mainframes of the school. Such a thing wireless in all of the world educational from the UN, distributed by Transcendia in my ideal world, would be the sort of campaign I’d decree if I could get a consensus.

What is the pilot’s world? I knew George Bush in comparison to the pilots and their passengers I’d meet at the FBO. I was just a servant, one to hold a coat, fill the jet, the Queen Air, the 210 the MU2 Citation Falcon 50, 10 or Twenty with fuel and coffee and little Marriott sandwiches that made me appreciate Ken and Arts and all the catering on movie or commercial sets I worked on.

I ate better when I worked on movies than when I worked in aviation. Seems ironic. I’d like to make a movie of airline pilots having meals in strange cities they flew passengers to for no other reason than that they are pilots.

I think a woman airline pilot who had flown international routes might make a good President for the United States.

As a profile it seems sensible if we want to survive.

I wonder what my cousin Kate thinks since she is such an accomplished sociologist. I’m going to ask her.

In this book my brother loaned me about some lost German army fighting their way out of Russia, medstore just getting killed because of that's war.  It was written by a French Volunteer who believed in the German cause because his mother was German.  Maybe the title is Forgotten Soldiers.  Well at the end the veteran who lived all of the fighting till the end cover with the machine gun who only lived it would seem as an old soul Veteran from the beginning till the end.  Yeah well I feel like ready to not worry about any story and am so sick of pain I'm ready to see what happens. and don't care if I die trying.

Never was about wasted effort when it came to getting beat up.

Anyway local to IGX my platform has been about having an Airport of our own.  Fly my flag there or not.  I live here and can't see traveling much for awhile, if ever.

Come see me.  I get lonely here at the castle Fitch House, because we rent it like all of Transendia needs long leases around the world.

Other than that its about building on the infrastructure here, and really disc golf and regular old man knickers scotsmen golf is a big draw.
