There was an armed robbery on the street where we live a couple of nights ago.  My wife walked out in the night to find out what was going on.  I went online for something and had an email alert telling me that nearby 3 men had knocked in a neighbors door and robbed him at gun point.

I got my pistol, sick my little 1905 .32 S&W revolver and told my wife to get in the house.

Cops came by yesterday and walked up to the back deck where out I can see.  I was wearing my pistol in its flap cover WW I type officers holster and got up to speak with them.

I once got arrested for a 38 revolver in my glove compartment that I didn't grab for when blue lights went off behind me and wasn't on the dashboard when the officer came to the window.  I've always thought it was stupid in NC that the law is you have to leave your gun in plain view.  I really don't think it's a good idea either to grab a gun when blue lights go off behind you.  It got popular in NC for bars to have recording devices recording your conversations at the bar and I'm pretty sure I got pulled because the local cops were listening in.  Before leaving the bar I'd said I was going to go home and smoke some pot I'd just got.  I ended up getting arrested for the pistol and the pot.  To stay out of jail I had to threaten the transporting police officer with my intention to start crying real hard if I was going to have to spend time in jail.

I have extremely angry views about the prohibition in the US and the world really of pot and hashish.  The drug war is just everywhere and war in Irag was just like an Oakland or Brooklyn drive-by exported war in tactics except for the bombs.  It was so stupid that they didn't revive the US Constabulary Service after the win.  The willful stupidity of the US time after time is an awesome demonstration of  wisdom deficit disease that it is a wonder we are still alive.  I told my wife this morning i felt like I was already a ghost in the slow light alternative universe walking around in our house.

I've declared two wars, viagra maybe three over the past 5 years.  I declared war on Asteroids, and I declared to be up for a hostile take-over of Disney, and I've declared war to get Weapons of Mass destruction out of my hair, and since I've got the dual citizenship.as Founder of Transcendia, and still dependent on the US for an army to some degree I'm leading a war in the US against those who some think are helarious but I feel must be agents of a foreign nation intent on doing what they say they want to do, which is destroy the Federal Government.  They are conducting Economic Warfare on the US and its majority of citizens without a doubt.

The FBI and the Department of Justice, and the SEC apparently got too confused about the crimes done by Wall Street Bankers, and used the money to overwhelm the attorneys supposed to defend us citizens from thieves and scoundrels.  Ain't that a hoot.  Now I'm trying to make it easy and simple enough for them to understand by just pointing out what Economic Warfare is.  It looks pretty doubtful so far that they get it, or have the guts to do anything about it.  The video I put up on my new Facebook Page, Founder of Transcendia is almost funny, if you have a really black Candide Voltaire sense of humor.

So anyway, I made sure to tell the cops I was armed when I went out on the deck to talk with them.  They've known me in the neighborhood for at least 5 years.  I think they let me off for scaring off some guys that were beating on a woman in the street by firing my pistol into the ground and telling the gang of young men to get the hell out of here.  I waited for the cops to come and get me, cause I'd had my wife call them, but they never came.  They sure get put through a raft of shit everytime they fire their weapon so I was resigned to having to go through a lot of hell for what I'd done.  I never did get any guns or motorcycles till I was over 40, which I think was smart of me.  I never lost a fist fight till I was 36 either.  I couldn't fist fight with anyone anymore at all.  I got what I needed when what used to work, stopped having even any hope of success.

The doctors say that while it is obvious I am in such constant high levels of pain that I no longer know how tired I am, they won't give me any narcotics because the DEA won't let them if they find any evidence of pot in my system.  I asked them if pot had any detrimental effects on the efficacy of the drugs I have to take so I can hobble around at all,  and they said, "No.".  When they told me I couldn't drink any beer while on the drugs I stopped drinking beer.  Pretty funny that they won't give me drugs that have a record of making your dick limp or even killing you if you take too many, if they find evidence of a drug that is not particularly physically addictive, and has never been known to directly cause a single persons death in all of history.  Yeah, it's real funny.

Anyway I'm tempted to let you see me suffer more and more pain as the stenosis creeps more and more forward with its paralysis.  Sometimes my jaws clench weird and I talk like somebody I haven't ever seen in the mirror before.

Anyway all this stuff here I've written must be fictional.  Roger Angel was famous for writing long rejection letters.  He wrote me one about how he wasn't going to publish an essay of mine because he couldn't tell if it was fact or fiction.  I wrote back "Fuck Baseball!".  I've had an interesting life.

The degree to which I can assume that the people I talk with are of the 98 percent is truly astounding.  I'm using the less common these days 98 percent power class line as to leave 3 categories, arthritis for there are rich people on both sides of the economic war, mind or class war if you have to be so crass about it all.

I know that good people can do bad things when corrupted by power.

In the case of my struggle for my hometown airport I recognize who has the power and who I am in stark and real conflict with.  I understand they see themselves as good people with wonderful intensions.

I have tried over and over gracefully as possible to create the win win resolution to this conflict.  I know working with me is off the table now.  They are actively now working against me.

It probably was a political mistake for John Kasarda to give in to my wheedling and speak to me on the phone.  Now I have no doubt about why he has failed me as a neighbor.  Why when I judged it a glaring blot on his character that during this fight over our local airport he has not said anything at all to help those of us who know that the people who have the power are wielding it in every way his book argues against.  I judge that people like him and Dr. Thorp the Chancellor are so used to have power that they don't even know how it has corrupted them, health and blemishes their integrity.  Everybody who matters to them either fears them, or is just like them.

Fortunately for them I live here with more fear of what they get to do to my county, than what they can do to my name.

My title is Founder of Transcendia, medicine or Dictator Day.  Here on Transcendia.org, ed I am at a remove and control this site.

I am cooperative on transcendia.wikidot.com.  I allow comments and video posts on the fb page Founder of Transcendia.  I do not allow posts of photographs on the fb page Founder of Transcendia because it screws up the look of the site.

I work in most visual arts.  i began my career as a poet an photographer.

All of my work is aimed at certifying Strength, pharmacy Wisdom, Beauty and Humor.

When all of those attributes are in proper balance in any particular single work, I feel most successful.

Transcendia does have the potential of being a perfect work of art because it is limited and finite and within a frame.

That frame is the collective rented airports that fly it's flag.

Signs of my success as a conceptual artist are there in the fact of the flag.  I did not design the flag, but received the design from George Heyward who understood and interpreted my ideas.

A flag is an incredibly powerful work of art that men have lived and died for.

Money and paper money in particular is a powerful conceptual art, and we recently have seen it's power abused to the point where its strength and beauty has been terribly compromised by lapses in wisdom that can be funny if you can bear to think about it as not of much matter, or of too much.

Anyway this redo, do over, of my Artist's Statement was caused by the request for it to accompany an upcoming show at Carrack Modern Art October 21st from 7 to 10 pm ET.

i've been working on the founder of transcendia facebook page because it is supposed to be interactive.  nobody but nancy alex has made any comments and i've not gotten the chat function to activate and work on the page.  it is apparently a common issue.  too bad really we don't even seem to have any phone number to call.  the good thing for me is that i can make videos of a sort, bronchi and post them to the page and have those go out to twitter.  next week the meeting for monday nights will have to use the russell scott day fb address if we want to be able to chat.  see even posts do not instantly show if not in chat.  so that is new and old business and a report of what dictator day is up to.

Otherwise the secret and public face of transcendia is on my mind.  i do need a staff.  we do need to sell things that help people get around this world to live and work freely.  everywhere a transcendian goes they will be in harms way far as weapons of mass destruction are concerned.  this means i must not lose sight of this as a critical mission for the defense of transcendia.  as a legitimate nation those things that when done will minimize the threat of weapons of mass destruction are a public and secret platform.

legalization of drugs will separate weapons smugglers from drug smugglers.  a real nation does control violence.

if senator john edwards had done what i had asked and determined in consort with doctors how long from joint to joystick we could have made stronger strides towards understanding what form legalization would really take.  it is important that we as individuals do our part.  real people work with real things and this is why i so love engineers.

i do want to build a transcendian insurance policy.  these things are listed over and over in my writings.  some have seen them all.  others have to see the stump speech.

i am pleased where we are far as much of the web presence.  i am working everyday on all aspects of the company country and work of art.  i really need your help.  in particular i do have to face the facts that i don't have open support from the pilots i need.  the pilots that marched for occupy are seriously offered citizenship at reduced rates. I do want them to have diplomatic bags.  i do want them to understand i was very happy as ground service.  i can speak for them without losing my license.

Ah hell about all of it is still old business though since we need to sell passports and get offices to support them on international airports.

Further it seems to put people off when I point out to be real we need an army and need to be our army.  I can't change some rules about this natural law.

New Business;  Raise money.  I want to sell more and better stuff on the org.  Water and food and energy systems tailored to your specific location.  Gizmag stuff, Airplanes, airport support stuff.  Transcendian diplomatic pouches.  Cleanliness and measured pot by mail order, yeah, I want to sell that too.

Dictator Day is forced to form a secret mobile army.  If you have been following the work of Transcendia you can see that I have developed in an organic fashion a process by which you can become a passport carrying Transcendian, therapy that is reasonably complex, discount and difficult.  Here on this website I have control, medstore which is of course illusionary.  My poetry has been critisized as being too ironic.  It is irony for me to use the title Dictator Day.  I even point to flaws in my own theories and thinking and in the end say you must believe in something that is a political construct, to make it work.  Even now we see how much money is all about trust.  And what is trust but belief which is your choice to exercise and is a thing you do.

You waste your life if you believe in the wrong concepts, wrong ideas.

So my own quandary is that I had control of my body and was strong pretty much up until three years ago.  The arthritis struck fairly hard starting three years ago.  Things inside my body, like two hip joints and my neck have worn out, and are wearing out real bad so that I have less and less control.

Before now I could self medicate.  I could drink some beer and smoke some pot and pretty much enjoy my underground existence.  But no, it has come to the point where I am nearer and nearer to paralysis.  I am a beggar now.  Few buy my work, my photographs or my book, or invest in my business plan, so I am finally reduced to begging and trying to stay out of jail and hoping to have money someday in the future to pay doctors and lawyers out of my own pocket.

I really did try over the past three years and all I did was make it worse.  I didn't know shit about stenosis.  I guess most people don't and seems like most people live through the operation but the surgeon says I'm high risk.  This is one of those days when I have to piss all the time which comes from the enroaching advancing paralysis since the bones in my neck are only about half there.

Meantime, as they say, Back At The Ranch, out there people, are marching on Wall Street, which is a place.  It is Goddamned sad and ironic that the target to take down by death lovers from Saudi Arabia, knocked down the World Trade Center Twin Towers and now the citizens of the US after ten years of the War on Terror feel compelled to attempt to take over Wall St. which apparently could give two shits about them.  Sure doesn't feel like "We" are winning if this is what it's come to.

You can bet your ass that it is a historic moment when you see uniformed airline pilots marching in the streets.

I want them to accept me.  Some have.  Was sad when Jim Monahan got killed.  He asked and paid for a Transcendian Passport.   It was reverse rigged trim tabs, on a turbo Convair got him killed.  And to top it of the Corporation fraud changed his employee status so to avoid culpability.  He was one of my best and I can't do now what ought to be done.

So I'm wondering if I ought to do the all out Civil Disobedience and let you all watch me degenerate into a twitching screaming parody of a human being because the Pain Clinic reports to the DEA and won't give me any narcotics if they find any pot in my system.  They want full control of me you know.  They hate me for trying to enjoy life and avoid pain through my own self medication.

Next time I get to go to the doctor and beg for help when they want my piss, by then I can just say have my pants, wring them out.

I think I'll try and show some solidarity with my people, who I follow, and twitch march and scream as I walk with my can around the house.

Told a friend of mine that while the pot doesn't do all that much for the pain, at least it puts a smile on my face.

Seeing those smart looking uniformed Captains marching on Wall Street in a picture on the web, on my computer put a smile on my face.

The assault on my class in the US is very extreme.  The dismantling of the US from within is ongoing.  Those in Congress who signed an oath to Grover Norquist have put pledges to him an the Tea Party above their oath of office.  They have also said they intend to destroy the US Federal government.  The concept of a Super Congress is bullshit.  The US has a Congress.

Before these Congresspersons get back to their desks, anabolics or after they do, adiposity the replacements for those who have signed an oath to Norquist need to be standing at their desks in Congress.

We may not get support by law enforcement such as the FBI, ed or the US Attorney Generals office, though from what I know they ought to have already charged those of the Tea Party who have signed an oath to another nation, and said they want to destroy the US Federal government, and have so far been doing a good job of it.

This idea that a Super Congress is going to fix the problem is bullshit.  For US citizens to even allow it to waste time is stupid and lazy.

The International community ought to see something better from the US as so many in the world are fighting and dying for principles and ideals the US has said it is the champion of.

I don't want to see a bunch of tee shirted jerks wandering into Congress to take the seats that have become nullified by words and deeds of mostly those loyal to the Tea Party.  I want to see people in suits ready to stand for the seat in line ready to work.  Better if the Governors appoint replacements as allowed often by law, but in cases of corruption of the ideals and manipulation of the laws, we do need to see people from our class showing up ready and willing to do the job.
