Muammar al-Qaddafi has not been made the most sensible offer I know of, ailment far as I know.  That would be Exile Island.

I had some wonderful correspondence with Andre` Lewin of the French UN Association concerning Points for Reinvention of the UN.  One of those points is Exile Island like Elba was for Napoleon.  I made the point that Transcendia, the nation of airports could well take up the exile option, as it is essential a system of island airports.

Hell when despots finally leave town they typically go to the airport anyway.  Most even despots know how to act at the airport.  Shuffle 'em off to Disneyland forever.  Not like some of them ever got around to the real world.  I mean I want my country to be attractive to join.

There are some very attractive things about living on the airport.  This is especially true if we want to advance women's rights.  I've not visited all of the great airports of the world, but suspect open persecution of women is not generally tolerated in international airport confines, which tend to run according to international standards of behavior.

My experiences of what I call well civilization have been a gift to me.  Most markedly from state to state most similar on airports.  I also lived in a zenith city of civilization, NYC.  On airports or in NYC I ran into randomly old friends from all over, or made new, sometimes of right fleeting common experience to be shared.

I do not terribly lament urbanization.  The Fuel Farm worked for me as I went in circles fueling airplanes and reading books.  An International lending library system on international airports is entirely workable, though I'd hate to put airport book and magazine stores at any disadvantage.

Where was I?  Oh, I was postulating that Exile as was accorded such a character as Napoleon can be a best case thing when it is time for a leadership change.  I suggest that the International community of nations put the option forward to Muammar al- Qaddafi.  He could at least salve his ego by recognizing it happened to Napoleon too.

Due to a number of semi predictable events I have been caused to review my life and work.  Some of it stands up pretty well over time.  The rule is look at a poem after it has aged for a year at least.  On this site I was doing pretty good in 2005.

Starting in 2007 I got addicted to writing on CR4.  Finally I was banned from that place in December 2010.  Actually I believe there was some misunderstanding, but then again acknowledge that there was also some real conflict with the controlling administration.  Overall it is an interesting cyberworld political event.

My friends there above the neck did produce a White Paper about building in Haiti.

I am terrible in that I don't want to live in disaster prone areas.  Visits are okay.  LA is tempting, or was.

I did drift around and know well how valuable the real estate is where I currently live.  Still I do get big ideas about this small place that are tailored as appropriate to it.  I am specifically talking about a little airport in Orange County North Carolina controlled by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  No Airport signs all over the place were so numerous before the economic crash you might rename the county No Airport County.

Ironically Dr. Kasarda of Kenan Enterprise Institute argues for Aerotropolis from offices about 2.5 miles from IGX, or Horace Williams airport.  The University controls this land by legacy, though not law.  Dr. Kasarda did not help out at all with IGX.  In the end the little airport is simply not run right.

It may well be best as a Pocket Airport for the community served well by the big airport RDU over there in Wake County, but that doesn't mean my little airport ought to be badly run, and killed off in a land grab by academics on fad boondoggle building tracks.

My thing to do now is put out old videotapes of Transcendian video productions that at least confirm my storied conflicts, or comedic views of a difficult life I hope to inspire others to make easier.

I really used to love to drive, buy but don't anymore.  I did have a great deal of driving skill which did turn into more like strategic operations, than skill operations.  I have trouble turning my head anymore.  The arthritis in my neck is inhibiting.  It would be easy for me to back over you in a parking lot.

Anyway since I have noticed that people drive as fast as the posted speed limit will allow, with no regard for weather conditions I get off the super highways, especially in rain.  I take a slower route.

When there seems to be something wrong with the car, I take a slower route.

In my driving career I've never been stuck all that long, but I have been stuck.  I have had to get out and walk, so I never treat a car or truck as clothing.  Some people do that. I think it is a very bad idea.

Trick is to take the best route for the conditions in the vehicle you got, or hire a cab, or call a friend with a better vehicle, or stay home. 

The number two US Air terminal at RDU is awesome pretty and manly nice to women too.  My wife liked it while I tried to remember the names of rigging things.  I had intended to get some pictures of the place but my camera battery died and I only got some pictures of CLT, sale Charlotte.

During the recent trips I have been flown as known and flown as unknown.  I kept having to undress as an unknown.  I have problems getting dressed because of my arthritis and having to undress a lot in the normal course of a day of travel is a real pain in the ass enough for me to wish some shoe bomber had never been born.

I got throughly searched and felt up, adiposity patted down in Charlotte NC.  At RDU they didn't make me take off my suspenders, so at CLT I didn't and then I got patted down in public.  I chose public since going into a private room for it all was another time waster.

Way out start even right we missed the flight, and had to get another.

Somebody was caused to shed some tears.

Port cities live forever.

An ideal port is by the sea, symptoms on a railway line, stuff at the end and along major highways at the end of a river.

If a place is landlocked, generic without a river, and far from the sea, not even by a great lake, or just somewhere up high low or wherever, its hope of being well founded, eternal, is offered by the wonder of its airport.

Tolerance of others is heightened in port cities.  Port Cities and towns are naturally forced to be more civilized than the podunks.

According to John Loftin who wrote The Big Story about religions Mohammad and his band attacked and robbed travelers, businessmen on the Silk Road.  In my time the airport has become much much less civilized by two sets of people.  One set like Dave Burke who was a pimp and coke dealer lives in the company.  Dave had more to do with security changes on US airports than Osama Bin Ladin.

Now all was just made more general by 9/11, and the attack on the port of New York, the World Trade Centers, and the Pentagon.

I started reading Once a Fighter Pilot… by Jerry W. Cook, buy and was flooded with memories of early flights and my life on the airport.  Then I had some memories of sex.  Flying memories are simpler.

I'm grateful to all the pilots I flew with that let me fly the plane, asthma for I did a lot of hanging out.  Airplanes and motorcycles and boats and cars and even trucks have been a balance for me.  I haven't been making many new memories with them.

Mostly I've been thinking about how to govern, or create a government that works everywhere for everybody.  This is of course a pretty hard thing to come up with for people are not the same really.

Years ago I had some more lucid explanations about why all wars are over women.  The news out of Egypt reminds me of them now.  The need of a man for a wife, or wives is awfully significant as far as what happens politically in the world.  When I studied the Civil War of the US I developed my theory that all wars were over women.  It seems that the White Men owned both the White and the Black women in the South, and didn't want to give it up as either a reality or a prospect.

Overall most sane and sensible guys just want to go to work in the day, and come home for dinner, some TV, and do it again and again and again delighting in the sight of some leg.

I may be a leg man.

I wonder who I might get to adopt my plans and platforms, malady agendas and all so I can hide out in the shadows?  I'd rather just be anonymous and vote, than become a target.  Some people want to be a target.  I've got enough problems and few defenders.  I am aware I need to watch out about who I make into an enemy.  Still I'll make some no matter what good or bad I might do, or endorse.  I am sure that lurking in my philosophy and set of beliefs, there is some flaw.  However it could be that all my flaws are my personal business, and that all my public stances are true and correct.

John Edwards comes to mind.  Pretty damned flawed far as his personal life it would appear.  And what about Mark Sandford?  -whomever, governor of South Carolina.  What's up with that guy?  To disappear and be out of touch on a secret mission for messing around with a woman while sitting in office as the governor of a state seems childish behavior in the extreme.

Ben Franklin is the man, but even he has some blots on his actions as disloyal and selfishly amused when it comes to women.  Leastways he had the scientist thing to fall back on.  Bout all I've done is theorize that multiple universes will have a different constant for the speed of light, but otherwise all physics will be predictable according to what that constant dictated.

Reports to me indicate in a slow light speed universe less more stable elements, and in a fast constant universe more unstable elements.  This would make for me the impossibility of some other Bizzaroland like in Super Man, me.  It's like how when I consider reincarnation I can't see coming back on this planet if at all anywhere.

Still I do suspect I have an eternal soul, which I differentiate from whatever might a spirit be in physics like to me, without real individual identity.

I suppose this is why I suggest all experiment with readings from the Bible and I Ching at the same time.  Having done it I am just sometimes awestruck at the feeling of complete truth about shared time of us in a world real, and only touchable by the mind.  How can this be?  It doesn't make sense.  Finally I figure this one life is enough of a spiritual experience to be enough evidence of a spiritual experience to justify a call to God for something better.  Wars killings, maimings and all that torture, do they really have to be?  I could see selling pepperspray and the Transcendian Passport Citizenship package with the Flag and all together.  It crossed my mind when the Congresswoman was shot that things might have gone better if people had had pepperspray in their pockets.  These non lethal weapons are cheap and effective.  I'm interested in what the ICAO regulations are concerning them.  (International Civil Aviation Organization}.

I'm constantly thinking about how to make the perfect port.  My life in Manhattan on the island was fairly civilized.  It is one hell of a civilized port with a lot of incidents not so stellar, but pretty impressive far as civilization ideals is directed.  Some fine moments where if I was direct and spoke clearly the outcome was humorous and fun.  In particular I remember asking if the crowd to the doors on the subway car were going to let me on, or not, and they all backed up.

The ICAO as another of the invisible Specialized Agencies of the UN are from where our hopes for stability and progress have reason enough to spring.  It's the other parts and all of the UN that need some work.

Orange County still has a little airport.  In the somewhat recent past I was compelled to enter local politics, cialis and campaigned for a seat on the Airport Authority.  I was campaigning for an appointment to a seat.   Due to published writings in the paper since I drifted into living here in Carrboro, and Chapel Hill it was known I was appropriate for a seat.  The way things worked out was that those who were opposed to any airport anywhere in the county went to the Chancellor of UNCH, and got him to promise to kill the airport he had control of, and promise there would be no airport at all in Orange County.  This obviated the need for an Orange County Airport Authority, which had been authorized by the NC State Legislature.  Hence I didn't get a seat on the Orange County Airport Authority.

The situation and events is unique in the nation, if not the world.  It may be part of a trend.  I myself don't see it as a great trend.  I suppose I have long been somewhat in conflict with Academics, and Academic Institutions.  Far as evidence of the possibility of this trend is the fact that now the University of Rochester is the major employer in Rochester New York, as opposed to Kodak, or Xerox.  Obviously the major employer in a town will have a great deal of power over the politics and how money is spent by the governments.  In the case of Chapel Hill it is obvious that the University runs the place so much so as to make the Mayors of Chapel Hill, and Carrboro about useless.

I may be forced to run for Mayor of Carrboro, though maybe I am forced to run for County Commissioner.  It is my vision and beliefs about what makes for an eternal city that may force me to do what I have never had the courage to do, which is run for an elective office.  The reason for that is that I like to keep a few secrets about my private life and flaws.  I'll tell you what is great about me.  For one thing I've got the ability to rebound from beatings and losses with humor about it all.  I've got integrity at least for playing the game not cause I like the game, but it is a duty come out of a vision come out of experience and questions about what is really grand about life.

I'm proud of myself for fighting for what is really right regardless of the pain.  One shining battle was when I was beaten by three coked up assholes defending an X rated movie star from rape.  I was beaten so bad I saw double for three days.  Some said I was stupid for defending a low woman.  I said it was not for them to judge her for even if she did it for the camera and money, rape was not  right.

So I had some integrity there that came about to get me beat up without much time for me to do more than be my Boy Scout self.  There are areas where I am a Boy Scout gone wrong though.  I might make a pretty good Mason though, from what I can tell…

At anyrate round here I have an agenda that is intended to work on both the local scale of a small town, and the major scale I just call planet Earth.  Both places are home.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill used to have a Temporary Labor Service that gave work to people who simply lived around here.  There is a great deal of labor at the university that does not require higher learning to be accomplished.  It was also a way into a permanent regular secure job.  Actually no job is all that secure. Many smart University people were also let go at the time the Tar Heel temps was shut down.  I'd have put both and all out from an office at the airport anywhere in the world, instead of pandering to appearances.

There was a time when I went anywhere for work and was not particularly married to anywhere.  Home was where I was.  I didn't really have time to participate in the politics of where I might be simply to make a paycheck.  You do win militarily if you have speed and reach of your weapons that is superior to that of your adversaries, or competition.  A fast boat is better than a slow boat.  It is bad to be trapped and lost.  – Figure it out.  It is not good for major employers, especially Universities to throw people out of work and give them nowhere to go.  What the fuck are they really teaching over there, up there in the Ivory tower?  I really am sorry I didn't go to Harvard, but I'd probably fit in better if I got to teach at West Point.

Damn I want to have a Transcendian Bank, and Insurance Company.

Anyway, to sum up here, locally if I had some money I'd put a temp service back together that worked to get people of all classes where they and their skills were needed and fit at the little airport the University runs now, into the ground.  If girls would dance for us naked in a classy strip joint to make the money to have a bank and insurance company able to rival the power of the in control academics, well, I suppose I'd have to protect them from harm.

I like a uniform, but wonder if I should run naked?

Yah know some say its all about real estate, but really its about women.  Wars happen over issues related to the interests of women who need a nest.  Yah gottah be able to bring home the bacon.  Helicopter pilot jobs are good because you get home most nights.

Anyway Labor Services don't have to be so narrow as to not employ all.  Yah need to have a labor hall at the port where the willing can show up, regardless of were they might end up.

1.  I want it to work for all of the local classes.  Grand Central Station in Manhattan works for all.  You ought to know that ports live forever, and port  people know how to get along.  Protect and help the traveler.  Strangers are just friends you ain't met.

2.  Well, I'd like to have an office for Transcendians on every airport, seaport, or spaceport that was a fine hang out and where business could be done fairly without fear.  My cousin Kate is a great sociologists.  Place needs to work according to UN Human Rights accords that give women equal rights.

3.  I've lived in the rural South of the racist US, the isolated carport places of Suburbia, and in tough big ass cities like New York, and Chicago.  I went to public schools, and got scholarships, and I've read a lot.  Actually Rochdale College in Toronto had a lot of influence, for it was a unique nation.

The Engineers and Talent Party must popularize US and International Power Grid Securtity and capablity.  Power is the foundation for Civilization.

The present and future depends on integration of all power sources into the power grid.  It is the single most important infrastructure necessary for us to focus on.  The Transcendian airports must use the best power control techniques, canada pills systems, treat and equipment so as to provide great service and be always as much a destination as a port.

The job is Grand enough to give the US what it needs as far as paying work to overcome US political failures in many other areas.

Things were better before deregulation of the Power industry, and what was good about the past must be reinstituted nationally and internationally by the US and its allies.

There are Engineers who know what to do to build, rebuild and sytematize the Power Grid to be capable of maintaining human life at it's maximum allowable population levels for the longest period possible.  Talent, like Actors and Directors and writers need to help explain to the people how this one bit of work needs to be done, and make sure money is spent on doing it.  I'm serious.  The Unions and Guilds necessary to making TV and Movies need to ally with the engineers and designers to get the work on the Power Grid underway, at the top of the Politicians minds to spend our money on.

I as leader and founder of Transcendia, the soul of Aerotropolis, have worked with many ideas over the years so as to make myself and my invention, as perfect a thought experiment as it is possible for a street educated working class guy can do.

I've done damn well, and now have advisors worth knowing who as pragmatists know all I missed from not going to a school like Harvard, I made up for through focused reading and a willingness to work hard.

They will take up with polish some of my deficiencies, because they know I'm simply right.

Becoming a motion picture grip and gaffer has filled a technical gap in my education, that amazingly enabled me to compete as a thinker with real engineers and scientists.

I perfectly fit as the demander of action for the people and the times.

I am even wonderfully sick and in need of very expensive medical care if I am to live.  I and my wife have great understanding of what is wrong with healthcare in the US.

In my particular case it is clear that there are too many hands in the pie.  There are a lot of people who ought to be doing something else.

No matter what the good and  bad of medical care anywhere may be.  Get and keep a GP, whenever and wherever you are, and you will be glad of it when you get sick.

If there is anyone to blame for the suffering and expense now required for me to live, it was the GP at the Doc in a Box I went to when pain had gotten too bad for me to stand up and walk anymore.  There is a lawsuit there.  But regardless, get a comitted General Practiconer.  

The American Automobile Association system ought to be applied to US healthcare.  For Transcendian citizens I'll be applying tax money to complete life insurance services and pooling the value of that along with whatever real assets We get on which to base the currency in the Transcendian Central Bank.  The Screen Actors Guild is notable for the work they do keeping track of their members work and making sure they get paid and their physical needs paid for.  Between their ways of operating and the way the American Automobile Association operates you have good systems to apply and worth spending national money on.

So here I have written that our party needs to push in the Commons for the Grand Power Grid, and how Transcendia is visualized as a party and a nation, to a certain extent, as far as I can go right now, in conjunction with many other letters.
